If you now want to discuss loopholes, I'd wager that the lack of language like "companies using these methods must also use the extracted fuel as a fossil fuel alternative rather than use the methods and burn the coal as normal" constitutes one, but then I'm not a lawyer.

Come up with an analogy that makes sense. Skype is specifically crippling their product based on cpuid. AMD wants to know if Intel used its dominant market position to get Skype to do so. The only way your analogy would work would be if Skype only released their product for Intel processors...in which case, AMD wouldn't have bothered with the subpoena.

I wasted about a year looking for real work and coming up with shit on dice, flipdog, justunixjobs, etc. Lots of idiot recruiters trying to shoehorn me into their available positions (for which I had 0 experience and for which there was no training available), but no jobs. Every job I've ever taken was through direct contact with the hiring company and through friend/business networking.
Somewhat tangential to the actual question, but I want recruiters who don't look at my "unix administration" custom resume and ask me if I have 5 years of Active Directory experience.
