I worked for teleperformance for 3 months. I worked tier 2 or 3 or some fucked up level of technical support. In this state there are 2 pieces of experience that disqualify you from getting a better job in IT or anything. And thats working tech support and geek squad. I worked there for 3 months and then quit because I knew that wasn't any computer related experience I could use for anything, my next job was delivering pizzas. Then I got hired to work help desk and from there in a company of 400 employees I was given the opportunity to show that I can do more than just read a script(help desks dont have any).
So you may have to find a different shitty IT job as an inlet to the real world. and why the fuck would you work in tech support for 2 years, honestly anyone who would do it for that long either hasn't seen the revolving door or doesn't really have the motivation to get a real job.

That's called Tech Support, that's not a Help Desk position, I started where i work now as a Help Desk Rep, prior to this my last tech job was working at Teleperformance for 3 months as a tech support agent...people who are at a tech support job for more than 3 months are in a dead end because no one took that as serious IT experience. I was hired Help Desk here, I'm now lead developer on 2 projects in under 6 months.

I pay only 44.95 a month for that and its through RoadRunner/TW, and guess what, unlike the FIOS customers i know i don't get random disconnects every 5 minutes, the FIOS infrastructure fails, look into it, daisy chained points of failure all over.

Ive got 3 power users, we torrent and browse all day every day, NEVER have i had any slow down at all, and noone has yet managed to eat the entirety of the bandwidth.
Then why can't i uninstall it...and when i do 'uninstall' it then why does it still render through the explorer...its kinda impossible to remove...making the whole saying its not integral thing...kinda wrong...but the fact of the matter is that no matter how many other OSS apps use GECKO, my windows machine isnt running them...it does however come stock with a filebrowser/media player/help document viewer/control panel/desktop/etc all part of which is IE...

But the way its setup a lot of what you can buy only benefits you in certain ways, no pay for items increase your stats permanently, some things like a reskill are very helpful for rebalancing how you distributed your points but theres basically no real benefit in using the cash shop at all once all is said and done...you cant buy levels, and you can only get access to new areas while they are still in beta...
