Yeah ofcourse, that's why I never had any problems before updating to the anniversary, or Creator.. so it's Microsoft who screwed something up why it's hanging.. I'm not the only one with the same problem, and I won't be the last.. But also a lot of people don't have any problems..
I had no problem installing Linux, it was the upgrades (which I even mistook for regular updates as there really wasn't much difference in the announcement) which fubarred the installations.. Yeah you can call BS on my install, but it's just a fact...

There is NO OS that is free of problems, that just doesn't exist.

I only started having problems with upgrading windows from 10 to anniversary update, and it just crapped out after upgrading to creator (reverted back to anniversary update)..
I had to revert the update as it made my computer lock up every 10-15 minutes with only a hard reset as a solution. With the Anniversary update it 'only' happens once in 24 hours, before the anniversary update I didn't have any problems..
It's just another framework we've had for ages.. I see it with so many languages, all they do is add functions we already created in the past as standard options. It's really nothing new.. A problem with a lot of newer frameworks, is that a developer doesn't have any idea anymore as how it actually works underneath, so if something doesn't work they can't figure out why as they don't have the understanding (doesn't mean you have to know all the ins and outs). Problem these days is, there are sooooo many frameworks, and everytime a new framework pops up it'll be a favorite for a while and then we all have to move over to the next new hip framework even if it doesn't actually add anything new to the previous one.

How is streaming not downloading? the data is downloaded to your device and then decoded and shown to you, only difference is that with streaming the amount downloaded is always only a small part of the large file, but in the end if you've watched the movie, you've downloaded all the data 'and deleted' it.. Really, how do these people get to keep their jobs, they are dumb as hell..

Bitching at other countries for wanting to create their own nuclear weapons, but itself having the largest depot and even creating new ones.. If the US has nuclear weapons than any country is entitled to their own (that doesn't mean I like countries like NK or Iran having nuker, but they have just as much right to them as the US). If the US wants other countries not to have specific weapons they should dismantle their own at a much faster pace, and not create new better ones or expand their arsenal..

haven't read the article, but did they take smartphones and tablets into account which replaced a lot of tv's (I would never watch a movie on a tablet/smartphone, but I know a lot of people do that). So TV's have just been replaced with tablets/smartphones/laptops/computerscreens.
If you can't speak English on a certain level then you no business to drive people around. Learn the god damn language (of the country you're gonna live in) as soon as possible and as good as possible.. I also hate it when I have to talk to someone who speak so broken English (or my native language), where you have to repeat a lot over and over for them to understand or them to you..
It's a good example why it's a bad idea for people to walk around with guns (or knives).... If he didn't have a gun all he would be able to have done is beat the guy up, but that would be easier for the crowd to control.. Even though I like guns very much, it should not be available (easily) to regular citizens. Most people are killed by their own guns by accident, and that should tell something.. But then again, most people are just too stupid to understand that.
Yeah, but those standard systems have been tested and certified before they could be actually used on public roads.. Also if this system was used while an accident happened, the insurancecompany will not pay.

there is no law that says you have to obey the robots.txt, it's nice search engines etc obey the robots.txt, but they certainly don't have to.

The Net neutrality law is a good thing, not bad. It makes sure all data is handled the same and not certain types of protocols being limited in speed.
