I beg to differ, semicolons are just cluttering code up. If you need to split a line a character like _ would be good. To be honest, I stil think the syntax of something like visual basic (classic), is one of the cleanest syntaxes around (I'm only refering to the syntax, not the language itself, that certainly needs some enhancements, haha).
what kind of testing methods did the 'independent' AV-test use, as my own experience with Trend Micro and Kaspersky is they are CRAP and have a very big impact on the performance of your computer. Trend Micro is really rubbish, if an application deletes multiple files after each other (using simple API calls) it immediatly removes it without warning, even though there is not a single virus/malware signature in it.
So they want the companies to spend money to keep an old profession alive which is not needed? that's like saying business should stop using advanced automation so we can keep people in a job... That's completely wrong... What should be done, is look to the near future how to handle the situation of a LOT of people having no jobs due to automation. It's happening, so we need to be prepared and look what we need to do to keep people happy, fed, clothed and housed..
So you get a lot of money for giving up an unhealthy habbit which you shouldn't have taken up in the first place.. So what do non-smokers get as a reward for not smoking in the first place? So the smoker get's $600 after half a year after he/she quits, but the nonsmoker doesn't get anything? that sounds very unfair.
Well I guess he's just a crybaby, it's their own fault, the ariane has been around for ages and seemingly haven't really improved over the years to cut cost. It's more like they could ask almost anything because there wasn't really any competition, but now there is, and now they have to get their act together..
Look at what the people who founded MoviePass have put into their own bankaccounts as 'salary'... They won't be eating dry bread when the company goes bust... It's all a scam to get them a lot of money..
What nonsense is this article (or 'researchers' who wrote it). A human would do exactly the same if it didn't have any more information. If a human wasn't taught about the sun, then it would also might have difficulties of thinking the rooster is responsible for the sunrise (and as a matter of fact, the sun doesn't actually even rise).. and in regard to machine learning, it's still in it's early years.. a human isn't anything special, we're just biochemical computers, nothing more, nithing less...
Well, if they almost have a collission with you because of not paying attention, than it also means you can tip them over easily with a slight kick to the bird..
Well, it all depends on how solid the crew compartment is. If it can withstand an explosion due to this and it can make sure the astronauts wouldn't be (badly) hurt, then there's no reason not to use this. But if the crew compartment cannot withstand it, well then it's not even a question if it should be used.. Just make sure the crew compartment can withstand the explosion for the astronauts to survive..
Oh please, be realistic, it's not like any other OS is that much better.. And don't give me that Linux crap, it's even worse than Windows is.
Any self-respecting programmer knows there is no holy grail OS, not Linux, not Windows, not OS/X or whatever OS you can think of. Any decent, self-respecting programmer knows how hard it is to actually develop a good OS, and knowing the infinity of configurations windows has to run and what customers want it's a hell of an acomplishment that it runs this smoothly on 99% of the hardware (just like linux does also a good job).. I do know you're a closeminded non self-respecting programmer, otherwise you wouldn't have made such a stupid remark.
yeah, nonprofit, all it means is that all money is just spend on extra high salaries as the company is not allowed to make profit. We give a lot of money to non-profit organisations, but a lot of it is spend on increased salaries, and not on actual what it's meant for.
yep, ofcourse they have shortage of workers, they all are off working in other EU countries, sometimes I even think I'm in Poland when I'm going shopping, even more PL licenseplates in the carpark than native NL..
Except in regard to selfdriving cars, there are actually camera images and sensor data. So if the company really feels the car didn't do anything wrong, then it shouldn't be hard to prove it actually didn't do anything wrong.
This looks great, but it still has limitiation, this time other kind of limitations to the other sort of motion.
And I don't know about you, but I don't have a 5x7 space at home free for this type of solution. If I have that much space, I don't really have to use this kind of method..
It's still not possible (in high resolution/high framerate) on current consumer GPU's.. The star wars demo for instance was done on a set of very VERY expensive (not available to the public) GPU's which will not be available for another few years.
It's clear that a human driver would certainly not have seen the person before it was too late.. BUT you expect from a selfdriving car to be able to see into the dark using radar, so IT should have noticed the person much sooner. But it still might have been impossible to prevent the accident. Selfdriving cars will never be able to cope with all situations safely, but it will be much MUCH safer than with a real person behind the wheel..
great you have those, but both have crappy lenses, and not the best displays. The PSVR has a completely different display and different lenses, which makes it, even at lower resolution, better than the Vive. (but ofcourse the vive does have other plusses).. the 20MP (per eye) is really overkill even for VR, let's not forget, current highend GPU's already have trouble even pushing the current VR displays with nice visuals, even with foveated rendering a 1080 won't be enough to power even one display, let alone two (with the visuals people tend to expect using such a resolution).
oh that's not good.. it's the Daylight Savings Time that is not the original time, and to be honest, I have more problems during the DST period than the normal period..It should go back to the original time, otherwise in the wintertime the time you have in the light is even much shorter.. But than again, politicians aren't really smart and they only start workingr 10 and stop working before 16:00, so for them it doesn't really matter for them, they always only work during the light............

What is junk food really? when is something junk food?

So instead of doing this just from the start, they only did this after a google executive was ripped off.. Shows how much google really cares..

how can blockchain come to the resque? as it's not allowed under the GDPR to contain any information publicly on the actual person who owns the site.
So the US is bitching about Russia for doing to them what they are doing to the russians, but the russians seem to be better at it.. hahaha..

iPhone wasn't the first phone with a notch, so stop suggesting it's iPhone's notch..
If i have access and can run arbitrary code then I can do whatever on that computer.......... so this isn't really a vulnerability..

hmmm.. just wait a few years and then it's quite the opposite.. A.I. is still in it's infancy..
