Please provide evidence that God and all those other things you mentioned are correlated with better mental health outcomes. My opinion is that belief in God is evidence of a mental health issue just as much as a belief in fairies or unicorns would be.

Canada, whose population is about one tenth that of the US, has had 10 people killed in school shootings since 1999, a per-capita rate about a tenth of that in the US.
The NHS may be a mess, but the Canadian healthcare system is great. We spend much less per capita than in the US and have greater life expectancy and lower infant mortality rates.
I prefer longer life expectancy. Lower infant mortality rates. A higher ranking on the Press Freedom Index. A higher ranking on the World Happiness Index. Free health care. (And by the way, all levels of government in Canada spend much less per capita on health care than all levels of government in the US and you still have shittier access.) HDI roughly equivalent to the US.
And tolerant people who don't resort to calling those with whom they disagree SJWs.
The economy is doing well coincidentally. It takes years for the economy as a whole to react to changes, so Tump's economy is floating on Obama's legacy.
But the stock market is a bellwether. Trump's ridiculous trade war with China is eventually going to tank the economy.
Facebook has me trapped because of the network effect. I do standup comedy as a hobby and all the shows and calls for spots are announced on Facebook. I also do some sketch and improv, and yep... all the auditions and shows are announced on Facebook.
My music teacher has a Facebook group for announcements for all her students. I need to be on Facebook to get those.
And until a critical mass of people finds something else, Facebook will continue to have its stranglehold in situations like this.

Almost all my Engineering classmates are still in Canada. However, we're actually Engineers, not software developers who call themselves "engineers".
US salaries are higher, but then you have health insurance expenses and other non-monetary negatives. All in all, I'm happy to stay in Canada.
