    Just clicked it. Not goatse. It is a picture of the moon with an enlarged part showing a trench like crater (maybe a collapsed cave?)

    It is not the muscle power of the hardware involved. PC gaming survived the xbox 360 and ps3 (despite the fact when they were released games looked better on them). Can you imagine plat an rts like starcraft or warhammer on your phone? Or complex rpgs? mmos?

    While Watson is an American, Crick and Wilkins (born in New Zealand) were both British citizens. Also the study was conducted while Watson was in Cambridge University.

    Also Rosalind Franklin, whose work was influential on Watson's and Crick's research was also a British citizen.

    How does that become an American discovery?

    I know that this is offtopic but maybe they are doing the right thing? How many people are killed by terrorists in the UK every year vs people killed by knife crime? IMHO they have got their priorities right.

    Funny since I am in Russia and writing this on a computer connected by broadband. True ADSL is more popular than cable here but still it is not dial up. Also I thought that France had one of the best broadband coverages in the world.

    Nice choice there for an example. The LTTE , which operates in Sri Lanka is among the most dangerous terrorist groups in the world. True they do not target tourists but they have attacked the airport a couple of times.

    Don't worry. If it does go postal as they claim the Solar system would be safe. While a black hole would be created Terra's mass does not increase. Therefore the end result would most likely be a binary pair of Luna and a super small black hole orbiting Sol.

    Although I am not a developer, so I am anxious to hear what people in this thread say regarding any technical advantage having x86 may have over say ARM. Neithe ram I but wouldn't it be much easier to provide the same applications which people use on their desktop if the pocket pc is running the same OS? It would require at most a tweaking of the UI.

    its orbit will be greatly affected I was thinking about the same thing. What if it gets a slingshot boost sending it on a new trajectory intersecting Terra? Better get a shovel and start digging.
