Wasn't last year's Vaporware's list OS X? I think we will always have vaporware esp. since it only costs a few bucks to get an AP Wire sent out! Oh well. My 2k2 Vaporware prediction is that we will still not see DNF -- but I wouldn't mind being wrong on that!

My roomate has one of these for his Canon EOS Digital Camera. Every picture he takes is over 1 meg and yet he still gets a few hundred pictures on it. Its friggen amazing. He did a 2 hour timelaps shot with it and had a 100+ meg picture and it was no big deal. His only current bitch is he hasn't found a firewire adapter for his PC for this because USB is just a bitch for transfering that many files of that size.

Also - I sure would like to see it done as a 2 disk set - one with out the extra and one with the movie in its entirety w/ extra footage built right in. Or do it like they did rush hour 2 and have that seemless

Last year I was REALLY strapped for cash and my wonderful lovely fiance was willing to help me out and send me some cash. She was at college at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO while I was at wichita state in Wichita, KS. So - to get me cash, we used paypal from her CC to my confirmed bank account. She didn't want to fuck with it so she had me do it, since I set up the account after all. After doing two transfers of cash, my paypal account was closed for fraud! I tried contacting them electronically for quite some time, but I had no results. It was a PITA! because I was trying to win ebay auctions at the time! I was never able to resolve that issue and ended up just removing my CC #s and setting up a new account w/ a different e-mail. It was great tho that even with a closed and defunct account, I still received email!

The big bitch I had was that I was not able to contact anyone about the issue!

I would have to say tho that he was playing a Navy Pilot that did not take his Marine buddy's advice on being prepared for such a situation. A good soldier would have not made a peep when his friend got shot.

As for the helicopters, they did show them getting shot up, and they did show a marine get nailed, but ya woulda thought they woulda gotten a bit more damaged. That would have IMHO ruined the picture of a copter got shot down.

As for the sniper, he was forest camo'd in an ice field. If I was editing it, I just would have cut that scene.

Also, the director seemed to want to make a point about the thin ice as he initially ran out to his seat ... but it couldn't have been too thin for that seat not to just go right through the ice and to have tanks on it! I was expecting him to go under after the director showed the ice. Red Harring or bad editing, who knows?

I also think the clothes changing scene was crap

Some of the action seens seemed very unbeleivable, especially when Wilson's character wasn't smart enough to stay quiet when his pilot got shot, nor not to use his name (okay, so he "is only human") but can get into a Serb uniform and dress up another in no time.

I have a lot of minor nitpicks but oh well. All in all a good movie. It was very aparent tho that the director started with directing video game comercials for Sega.

Oh and Kick ASS missle doging scene.
