    the congress of the United States can not work on any law or regulation until the 12 appropriation bills that make up the budget of the United States of America are passed by congress and signed by the president.
    FYI the US government rarely does a budget anymore they are to busy doing useless political investigations and passing things that are just a waste of tax payers time and money.

    One plus is the useless ness of government is bi partisan. The US government is now made up of DEMs and GOPers who think their government job is to do the bidding of their parties
    Maybe administration/congress/president and their staffs should not get any pay checks either until they DO THEIR MAIN JOB!!!! a budget!!

  7. While I have no interest. Many in my family won't miss the entertainment awards show of the week. So they do have an audience.
    In my book anti trust was meant for things that are required to live. If it is something I don't need to exist why is the government wasting tax dollars. Oh right wasting tax dollars is what the government does.

    Odd that something that was "eliminated" can what? independently recreate itself! from nothing

    The real problem is 2 fold! The un vaccinated and the uncontrolled influx of individuals who medical histories are unknown. Together that creates a positive environment for the growth of the infections.

    You can not deal with one issue with out dealing with the other.

    most individuals can not lead that kind of life!
    I have been a self employed contract programmer for 30+ years. It takes a different thought process to in essence run a small business which is what contractors/self employed/gig workers are doing.
    I do not have personal/work lives. As an individual who is self employed I have a life.
    Most individuals do not have the ability/drive/desire to run a business/be self employed. They do not have that special ability to create opportunities, cope with problems and solve them themselves.

    You maybe assuming to much. Is the staff on hand actually paying attention and keeping tabs on operations?
    They are most likely sitting in the corner, bathroom where ever playing games or on social media on their phones. And completely oblivious to everything around them.
    These smart phones for some are better than drugs or alcohol..

    so I just go with "Stuff Happens". Just send one up on the next supply ship.
    You know until they get things to a point where there is a bit of flexibility in operations. Real space work will be left to the private market and the future.

    In the future most cars won't have second owners. They will just be tech trash after their initial owner.The tech will be obsolete, no parts available to fix, no right to repair even if one can and want to.

    Convenient transportation will just become one of those things only the elites that can afford to have. Everyone else will be required to live with sub standard/inconvenient public/private transportation providers

    But I am not worried. I am 63 and I might see a full scale deployment, Maybe!
    And I am a target audience, but one thing I know, it will be more expensive and much less convenient than having your own vehicle. And it will not happen in the next 5 years, except maybe small test runs in a few urban areas.

    on the back of my neck stand up. Reminds me of Bill Clinton "I smoked pot but did not inhale" comment, same thing happened when I heard that, like right! he did not inhale!, weasel words! Why couldn't he just say yes I did! Heck I could care less.

    Beto may very well win since he is a darling of the left/media.. Only then will we find out who he really is.
    All I know is I won't vote for him, but that hardly matters.

    I am keeping my old phone HTC G1 (I don't use apps much/anymore) just because it has a tiny keyboard for texts.

    likely to enact rules and obey them when it is easy. But like everyone else in the world with military power when push comes to shove. There will be automated killer everything being used everywhere, by everyone (criminals, governments, groups, terrorest, individuals), Everyone!

    And why, because in their eyes it reduces their risk, cost and their loses.

    The effect on culture/sociability/others is not relevant
