For every study you can find against it, I can find 10 supporting it. And the cut/paste of gay marriage is a non sequitur. It doesn't answer any questions. They may marry less often when legal, but nothing indicates the "quality" of gay partnerships or marriages is below any other. -

Sorry, you're right - I was being lazy. I did look on Wiki for GPG, but not closely enough. The GNU Privacy Guard entry didn't jump out at me.

Oh! I See.
So, my inability to derive that a massive data storage system framework is a "Database management architecture" in this case is a demonstration of my inability to comprehend technical stuff.
Sort of like your inability to understand that Let Me Google That For You with obtuse results is pure snark when someone asks for a layman's description. You didn't have to respond if you thought that the response was pointless or that you lacked sufficient understanding to explain it in a coherent fashion. Yet, you felt compelled to provide a smart-ass(not smart) response.
So, by your example, your inability to understand the technicalities of language and your absence of social skills makes it nearly impossible for you to understand the textbook definition of snarky. Allow me to try to explain it to you, by example.

Re:grass... greener
The majority of Germans finish high school, which is 13 years of post-Kindergarten schooling
That's a common misconception among German intellectuals. You can look at the official data to see that it isn't true: http://www.datenportal.bmbf.de/portal/K23.gus?rid=T2.3.1#T2.3.1
Not to mention that it is not clear what you mean by secondary school.
I'm sorry that it's not clear to you, but It's a standard term: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=secondary+school If you don't understand a word other people are using, you look it up.
I don't know about you, but the schools I went to had solid attendance in their maths specializations.
You finished a Gymnasium, as (currently) about 40% of Germans do. Only some percentage of those people specialize in mathematics. Hence, the majority of German students don't ever see linear algebra.
but that is a distinct minority reserved for people with IQ less than 80 (approximately, but they are legally retarded)
An IQ of 80 is in the normal range; mental retardation means an IQ below 70.
Granted, that's my own personal experience, but what do I know. I'm only from there.
Quite true: you know very little about your own country. You also display a great deal of arrogance towards the majority of Germans who didn't attend the Gymnasium. And you insist others feed you data instead of showing intellectual curiosity and initiative. All of that reflects on the quality of your schooling.

You know, let me tell you about these wonderful data sources: Nationmaster, CIA Factbook, and Wikipedia. If it's there, I don't provide "citations" because I assume you are capable of typing a word into Google and clicking on the link. Here's how you do that:

Re:Tuition should be lower /period/
I'm going to call bullshit on every single one of your claims, and ask for citations
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=productivity+by+country
I trust you can do the rest yourself. Most of the data is pretty uncontroversial.
Most of these are elementary economic data; if you don't believe them, that's more a testament to your lack of education.
One that I know is incorrect is happiness, because I saw the study
Of course you'll find some contradictory "studies" for some of these measures. Are you really so naive and uneducated to think that every economic or psychological measure has a consistent single definition and measure? If you have a contradictory study, cite it so that one can talk about it. For example, the Happy Planet Index (http://www.happyplanetindex.org/) claims to measure happiness, but actually measures happiness divided by ecological footprint, and it even does that incorrectly.
You make a claim, you provide the data.
You still haven't provided any data supporting the notion that Germany's educational system produces superior outcomes. You make the claim, you provide the data.
I don't have anything to prove to you and this is not a pissing contest. The data I referred to is mostly uncontroversial and completely clear. If you are intellectually curious, you can easily look it up and maybe it will make you think. If not, the discussion is really pointless.

Re:Stupid.
You've *been* a lawyer? Not a very good one, I imagine. For a lawyer, there seems to be a blanket over your eyes that no lawyer I know has. Let us start:
I doubt you know many lawyers.
First, lawyers do fine with or without arbitration clauses
Really? Every lawyer I know is as broke as the rest of us, still trying to pay for law school 10+ years after graduating
It seems the lawyers you do know are not doing well.
I have done well. I am proud to count among my friends some of the most influential lawyers the world has ever known. I would tell you who they are, but you wouldn't know them.
Arbitration is generally more expensive than litigation, for several reasons including the obligation of the complainant to pay the arbitrator fees, contrary judges who are paid by taxpayers
That is a lie, or gross misrepresentation. Arbitration is almost always paid for by the defendant, who wishes to go through arbitration, because a civil suit is generally devastating.
You seem confused. LMGTFY. You shall find that the links say that arbitrations generally have fees split between the parties because, you know, that's what actually happens.
I can't even begin to imagine what you're talking about by a civil suit being devastating. For no apparent reason, that comment reminds me of the X-Files - sort of a dark, mysterious and sinister quality to it. Anyway, the result of a civil suit concluded by judicial determination is an enforceable award (which we commonly refer to as a "judgment"), which is effectively the same result as an arbitral award. Here, have a look, N.Y. CVP. LAW Â 7510 : NY Code - Article 75, Section 7501:
A written agreement to submit any controversy thereafter arising or any existing controversy to arbitration is enforceable without regard to the justiciable character of the controversy and confers jurisdiction on the courts of the state to enforce it and to enter judgment on an award.
So there you have it. You win at arbitration and what's the prize? The right to get a Court to enforce it or turn it into a judgment. I know. Totally fascinating, right?
As for lawyers receiving most of the damages, that is an entire topic to itself. Class proceedings exist for three purposes:
... (3) correct bad behaviourJesus, no they aren't. You learn this shit in Legal 101. Civil is not criminal. If I have to explain any further, there is no hope.
See, oh there's so many
... here, you can't get clearer than this: Waheed v. Pfizer Canada Inc., 2011 ONSC 5057 (CanLII), retrieved on 2012-10-31:> [27] Where there is a cause of action, an identifiable class, common issues, and a settlement, there is a strong basis for concluding that a class proceeding is the preferable procedure because certification would serve the primary purposes of the Class Proceedings Act, 1992; namely, access to justice, behavioural modification, and judicial economy.
If I may: You seem terribly indifferent to, or painfully unaware of, essential facts on this topic that determine the reality of those that live in it, and you concurrently lack a certain
... je ne sais quoi ... that normally inhibits people who know nothing about something from saying anything about it. Your post is utterly devoid of fact or insight, and aside from my personal entertainment while the family is in bed and I man the door for trick-or-treaters, your post has added nothing to the world and perhaps wasted someone's time other than my own. That's not very nice of you. I'm going to have to go ahead and ask you to refrain from further posting to the internet until you have remedied this whole reality - inhibition thing you've got going on. We'd all appreciate it out here. Thanks. -

A friend, Dr Florian "Floyd" Mueller of RMIT University here in Melbourne, Australia also published a paper on a project called "Hug over a distance" back in early 2005... Re:Verizon is #1 in dropped calls
Not only the simultaneous connections (due to orthogonal signaling) but also due to its longer range and higher capacity in general. GSM being TDMA has a strict limit of 20 per tower and bandwidth usage is far less efficient.
Haha, what are you smoking? TDMA is a method of communication, just like HTTP is a communication method (albeit a higher layer), and has nothing to do with speed.

Re:What does it all mean?
What is an NPC?
Non-Player Character. The same term used for the past 30 years in nearly all RPGs, MMO, tabletop, and otherwise.
Pretending to not know something in order to prove a point is lying. Are you a liar, or did you honestly have no idea what an NPC was? Given your "devil's advocate" positions, I'll presume liar. How are 'cities dead'?
They can't be. But apparently something happened that instantly killed everything within a city, even things that are, for practical purposes, unkillable (people in their home city that are not PvP should be immortal, but maybe this was a PvP server and the rules are different). Also, the leaders of the cities are very hard to kill.
Should everybody know what esoteric abbreviations and meanings are?
Everyone on a nerd site should have heard of RPGs, or do I need to spell that one out for you? http://lmgtfy.com/?q=npc NPC gets about 100,000,000 hits, the first ones all being definitions of the word. Not only are you ignorant, but you are willfully ignorant and proud of your ignorance.
They should come up with a good term for "willfully stupid", but teabagger is already taken. If a city is dead, does it mean people lost their game characters or something (I really don't know anything about this game).
It looks like nothing was lost, but the final answer is not in, so likely no, but maybe.
Maybe a better summary is in order or is this story aimed at the gamers in that game only?
There's that willful stupidity again. Could the summary have been better? Probably. Could every other summary on the front page be better? Probably. Did you already know that? Probably. So, why are you complaining on this one? Thought you'd troll for some gamers? You seem to do nothing but professional trolls these days anyway.

- 18 U.S.C. 922(a) (i) is what says you're breaking the law if you don't get the license mentioned above.
