  1. There is an element of timing here. on Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email At State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules · · Score: 1

At the time many ranking officials in the US had their own email servers - In 2013 the ruling came down to it must be an official government email address and server that was for email and official correspondences . Clinton resigned from that position in 2013 - So what was done was actually the norm for the time.

This so like the opposition to to bring up a non fact in light of the possible presidential bid in 2016
next this we'll hear is "Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi" again and the waste of time with yet another Hearing that will cost the american people millions.

As was stated - The new employee was not that technically savvy, according to Childs - so what would cause more damage, giving the password to a person that probably has no clue as to what they are doing and with root access to all of your systems(remembering that these are 911 systems that at the time were working) - or vetting the person out and ensuring that they understood how the system worked.

As for a private company, My CIO asked for the admin password for our systems, once - I refused based on his qualifications - we passed our SOX security audit.

An important thing to remember that security audits also include social networking - so holding out for the mayor to release the passwords to him, in my estimation was the correct thing to do.

If I remember correctly with Tesla S there is the ability to use the their charging stations which are 100% solar powered. of course if you're not near one then plugging in would be the next best thing. I'm also guessing that as Tesla motors grow there will be more of these stations scattered through out the US

now initially the price of the S seems steep, but if you take into consideration that you are no longer paying for Fuel/ oil and the never ending tune up of an older technology then the price doesn't seem that unreasonable

Lots of industries still use what you are describing as outdated, non wage inducing technologies(social security administration and energy companies are still using VMS outdated, but many are also moving away for a better solution). The goal should be to get into a place that is still using what you are great with, that is moving to a newer technology/language,leverage what you know and get the practical experience you need to grow your skill set. settling on one language/skill is not always the way to move forward

I would say dont project an environment of harassment ( the tone is set at the top)
Should there be a need then make it known that there will possibly not be a second chance
