What exactly can a sheep do with a gun? Unless your point is that liberty is no more than a deceptive red herring, a mere mirage of salvation, and a false idol of hope?
My wife told me static stretching reduces performance over a year ago. Since then I've stopped stretching before my weight lifting. Since then, I've been warming up for each lift by performing 12 reps with light weight and an extended range of motion. It's made a big difference.

This gets 5, Informative??? A stock's value is always >= 0. The value of a company is a combination of assets, liabilities, cash flow, expecations, reputation, etc. Many, many, many companies have some losing quarters or even years. Even in the case where liabilities outweight everything else, the company declares bankrupcy and the stock becomes worthless. You aren't liable for damages because you owned the stock.
It's ridiculous to believe that people only illegally download content they would normally have purchased. I.E. - spore creature creator looked fun, so I DL the trial, but was annoyed by at the few parts. So I looked for a bootleg, but soon gave up. I DIDN'T then go buy it for $10, because I didn't really care. If I had found a bootleg, obviously that would not have deprived anyone of $$$. In fact, it might have led me to buy the full version when released.
In a perfect world everything's free and people are so honest and civil-minded that they donate their money to content provider's as appropriate. blah blah blah. Personally, the system we have seems just fine. Pirating is heavily skewed towards the younger and less affluent anyway.
Sierra Nevada then announced this was only the first of many new products destined to supplement use of their alcoholic beverages. They are now field testing a prototype code-named 'vomitron.'
I actually pay to subscribe to MSN Traffic for my GPS - which, btw, is pretty useless. Don't us paying customers deserve the priority of functioning service first?
At least with video games you are interacting, often problem solving. There are MANY video games that I would consider stimulating and educational (not in the academic sense). Is reading more beneficial? Maybe. But to suggest introducing your kids to video games after they hit 7 seems overly traditional/conservative/ignorant. Not all games have obvious stimulating interaction like Dance Dance Revolution, Wii Sports, or Rock Band, but they certainly require more brain power than the vast majority of stuff of TV 6 year olds watch for hours with glazed over eyes.
The games they pick do have great music tracks, but I was surprised not to see ANY final fantasy games on there. Nobuo Uematsu is an amazing composer. There are some great orchestral performances floating around for the series, especially Final Fantasy VI (check out the piano sheet music if you play!). Of course, I'll always have a nostalgic love for the simple, but elegant midi of the first Final Fantasy. Simply amazing.
What does this have to do with poker? You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a poker analogy these days. You can't even turn on TV or go to the movies without seeing your favorite sitcom characters or James Bond on a bluff. Whatever happened to good ol' baccarat?
Pojut brings up some great points regarding modded PSP's. I've bought flash cards for my DS lite along the same line. Either way you have access to music, video, movies, ebooks, pda, homebrew, internet and an unbelievable amount of games. Personally, I've been really pleased with the DS touch screen, but the PSP's screen is far superior for tv/movies. These handhelds do it all, and for a reasonable price. Completely invaluable on trips or commutes...though for commutes a book is still the most cost efficient.

Minors don't have the same risk-aversion, experience, foresight and long-term planning capabilities that adults do. If you're going to discount judgement, then you should also support no minimum age for driving. Who thinks that's a great idea? Even judgement aside, N cigarettes will not stunt the growth of an adult nor cripple their physical endurance before they can play high school sports, nor entice them to steal from their parents because their allowance can't cover their new addiction.
What's taking so long? Google and Verizon please hurry up and introduce a sleek new phone to compete with the iPhone so my wife will stop nagging me to pay the early termination fee on her verizon contract. It's in all our best interests a true win/win/win.
If you really want a Wii for retail and live anywhere near New York City (or know someone who does), Nintendo World in Rockefeller Center rarely runs out of stock.
I loved BioShock. It was a great gaming experience...for 15-20 hours. And that's about how long I've played Halo 3 single player. However, Halo 3 multiplayer will certainly entertain me for hundreds of hours. In this case multiplayer is more important to me.
I've already preordered (glad to see original price has come down by $30). Having missed out entirely on Guitar Hero, I'm expecting Rock Band to blow me away. However, I'm worried that their downloadable content will be priced similarly to previous offerings, aka insanely high. Hopefully, since it's similar, they'll go no higher than the iTunes route with $1/track $10/album.
Anyway, for those who have played a lot of guitar hero, and so would be interested in Rock Band...I imagine this move will convert many purchases of just the game and drum set to full bundles.
I took a flight to Greece from New York and my DS certainly saved the day. Coincidentally there was a guy across from me talking on his cell phone DURING the whole take-off and ascent. Now even that's definitely not allowed on a flight, but the attendants didn't seem to care. Well, it was just one guy, whereas on a Japanese flight about 70% of people probably carry a DS.
I can't believe there is still so much wii bashing after it has proven it's market dominance and appeal to non-gamers. (With Much) Thanks to DS and Wii, my wife has been converted! She won't even let me play Zelda TP, Elebits, or Paper Mario without her, but I don't mind. She's also ventured into lego star wars and surf's on xbox 360...if only Halo 3...perhaps someday.

You're thinking of Chuck Norris.
According to the website these are "Available Now." According to eBay auctions, yes people did Pre-Order as long ago as 4 months, but they have started receiving this set already (to sell on eBay).

>>Supposed to be one inch or exactly 2.54 cm (25.4 mm).
>>So, the playing field is just a little bigger than a US quarter.
Actually a quater has a ~24.26mm or ~0.955 inch diameter.
I'm pretty sure they still only pack them to capacity.
Don't you need DAMAGES to sue someone? Like actual damages, and not make-believe ones that should get you laughed out of court?

Would the next step be to compare alzheimer's severity and frequency in type 2 diabetics with the general populace?
