Manhunt 2, available soon in the US on the Wii...
GamePro gives it 8/10.
IGN rated 9.5/10.
British Board of Film Classification calls its 'unrelenting focus on stalking and brutal slaying.' 'There is sustained and cumulative casual sadism in the way in which these killings are committed, and encouraged, in the game.'
Until then, they will remain a second rate search engine. Giving John Doe in software development a raise and stock options will not make Yahoo! the number one search engine. Changing their business plan (if they have one) and offering something that every other search engine doesn't will.
Yes, the controls sucked the proverbial ass. Of course, the game did offer diagonal movement, but the "physics" were screwy and the collision detection was horrid.
Oh yeah, and having to slash a low level blob 50 times with a sword to kill it isn't a good time.
Personally, I find it a disturbing trend that Microsoft is throwing money at developers to make them develop custom content for the 360. Why is disturbing that Microsoft is paying developers to *develop content* for their console? Are you a Sony or Nintendo fanboy?
Worst. Game. EVER. If you've played it, you'd agree. I can't believe I was given that as a present when I was a kid, and that I actually spent HOURS trying to play it.
Look.. This thing can have all the features in the world, but when it's revealed that it'll cost $800-$1000, who's going to actually buy one? The iPhone suffers from PS3-itis.
IANAL, but honestly, I can't see how this could move forward unless the identities are revealed. How else are you going to serve a summons to "LawGuy69" and "LegallyBlonde11111one"? The laws regarding serving summons are pretty explicit.
I need to find out who funded this research. With the chance for practical usage ever at about 0.001%, it's clear that someone just has money to piss away if this is the research they're doing. That being said, I need USD$5 million to research a rocket car.
So unless they release at least 1 big gun soon (MGS4 or FF13) then there's no incentive for me to buy. I think the major point is that they need to release AAA exclusives. If they lose exclusivity on either (or both) MGS/FF, then there is little reason, if any, for people to buy a PS3 over a 360. Given Sony's woes as of late, how long will the company allow their playstation division to hemorrhage money? It's not like they've got a blank check like the MS gaming division.
From TFA:
But in a contrite manner, Google cancelled its rival function a day before it was due to happen and stated on its blog: "After speaking with officials at eBay, we at Google agreed it was better for us not to feature this event during the eBay Live conference." They cancelled their "party."
Do you currently have a plan in place for when these "Real Money Transfers" become taxable income? Will you be supplying tax documentation for your customers, or will that be their sole responsibility?
This would be the "You can't have it!" advertising campaign, made most famous by Eric Cartman and his "You can't come!" campaign for his briefly owned and operated amusement park.
FWIW, I'm sure your rep doesn't care. Most of them probably have no clue what OSS is, and are only sponsoring/voting for this because of pork projects they've attached to it.

Headline should be: "Cosmonauts put up with American woman's nagging for 188 days - new record!"
Hey! Super Mario Bros. was awesome.
Yeah. That 1% didn't work too well for the N-Gage.

Anyone who has digital cable and orders a movie (to their TV) is using digital distribution. You're aware of this, right?
Digital distribution is the way of the future, not Blu-Ray or HD DVD discs. Isn't netflix already selling movie downloads?
Abraham Lincoln was a Republican, dumbass.

Screw you guys, I'm going home.
Shoe vs. Lambtor ... Discuss!

1 year? What's the expected lifespan of a blackberry? That's really what I'd place this closer to.
Yeah, and that worked so well with the 2000 Florida recount.
Sony thought the same thing about the PS3, and look how that turned out.

And you're willing to trust that many people with the integrity of your vote? I sure as hell wouldn't.
