Is verizons depiction of at&ts 3G coverage accurate? If so, then it couldn't be false advertising and at&t is just upset that their 3G coverage looks so poor compared to verizons.
Otherwise, maybe this could fall under false advertising.
The problem with the xkcd comic is that nowadays the internet is so large it is statistically improbable to get your voice heard- which is I am assuming what they are trying to poke fun at. In Ender's Game, the "nets" seemed to be portrayed as a much smaller network, maybe more similar to the days of usenet. Reading Ender's Game as the nets were portrayed did make the situation plausible.
rfid tags and triangulation sensors? That is way more complex than it needs to be. I've seen table top displays with a cheap camera mounted beneath the table that tracks simple stickers on the bottom of figures which gives position and vector direction. More complex figures allowed you to tilt the head of the figure up and down which mechanically rolled a sticker wheel on the bottom from one color to another which provided that data to tell the angle the head was at, and derive your perspective.
You can do a lot with a cheap camera, stickers and a some programming. Need more figures? Print more stickers. Heck of a lot easier than programming or paying for proprietary rfid tags.
You can learn tons from games. Yesterday was explaining that when the taxes get rolled into the free parking kitty, money doesn't leave the system- it only gets redistrubuted leading to massive inflation from passing go. Also was explaining dice statistics and why it was better to build a house on this square versus that square based on the two people 5-7 spaces away.
I have the same card, the 512mb x1800XT, and currently all the games I want to play this card does fine on. I can't justify a newer faster more efficient card until there is a game I want to play it can't max out cause it still does a great job. Maybe SCII will be that game.
In regards to your tag, in looking at the wikipedia entry on transhumanism, it is very interesting that the first issue of h+ the transhumanism magazine bears a striking resemblance to HL2 boxart. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:H%2B_Cover_1.jpg She even looks like Alyx Vance.
Omnicare, one of our nations largest pharmacies which deals with personal information like medical history, billing information, and insurance records uses Bitlocker to secure their laptops.
I would appreciate it if we didn't tag every apple story with macbook if it doesn't have to do with macbooks. One day, I or someone else may actually want to use the tagging system for its function of looking up stuff that has to do with that tag, and I will not be happy when I want to look at macbook related stories and see 90% of the articles are about ipods.
I saw the location earlier this year (drove right by the exit), and while New Mexico is possibly my favorite state especially for it's scenery- I wasn't real impressed with the location. Maybe once they build the facilities, but I enjoyed the look of the spaceport in Iowa in the new startrek film much more (yes, i know is fictional).
It was a short post. Honestly I had nothing to say in the body, and rather than leave it blank, or try to divide the subject between the subject and body, I included another item I found funny. How would you have done it?

I believe cancer tops all other pain.
Had Leukemia, didn't hurt at all. Some of the stuff to treat it did though.

And yes, I know it is a different legal system.
This is the ideal concept for how the pirate bay should be looked at. Somehow it's not though.
Now compare it to the defense budget for fun.
It's not brain surgery
Yes, and unlike most cars, my jeep is about as aerodynamic as a brick.
The figurines are flush to the top with very bright and simple shapes on them. The recognition doesn't need to be very precise.

What, nine weren't good enough for ya?

Neato
I was being sarcastic not informative!
Why was this modded funny? I don't get it.
Really, how did they fit it all in there?
I think he may mean that in countries like Russia and China the subscription rate is tremendously lower due to the local currency.

I choose characters based on their racial abilities not the gender.
So you aren't sexist, just racist.

I also love how they never counterweight their centrifuges.
