    I'm in the market for a dedicated server or virtual private server, but I don't want to deal with any of the backend stuff, I just want to be able to run my site reliably. I've looked at Media Temple, but I've heard mixed reviews for them as of late. Dreamhost is another possiblity. Some of the sites mentioned in this thread seem interesting but might require more backend work than I'm comfortable with. Any recommendations?

    What do you mean by "support Drupal?" Dreamhost offers Drupal as a one-click install, which means for the most part they handle all the upgrades/security patches/etc. It also means you can't do as much tweaking as if you install it yourself.

    ...will be broadcasting today's Manchester United vs. Arsenal match in 3D, which I believe will be the first live 3D sports broadcast in Europe (though it's only being piped in to nine pubs in the UK).

    ESPN will launch a 3D network in June, though content will be limited.

    Holy shit that thing took at least a minute to boot, and that video has a cut in it which means it was over a minute...could have been five minutes for all we know. Not acceptable for a portable device.

    Obama HAS created new super-powerful positions, for example the new "Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change," aka the Environment Czar, to which he appointed Al Gore buddy Carol Browner. Never in White House history have cabinet members reported to a czar, but today the Secretaries of Energy and Interior, and the EPA Administrator don't report to the President but to a private citizen who has never been vetted by the Senate.

    Really? Their biggest annual profit in the past 10 years was $841 million. In 2008 they posted a loss of $581 million.
