    Well, I have heard of golf courses that dis-allowed use of golf carts too. Handicapped players would ride while the un-handicapped would walk the course and therefore be at a disadvantage from fatigueing as they walked the course.

    I was in a military school in the 1970's (1979 actually) where the instructor used markers on a white board and
    pressed a button on the whiteboard and then passed out handouts with the screen drawing on it. He pressed
    another button and a wiper passed across the board and restored it to all white so he could write and draw as
    he pleased. It did not get in the way of education, in fact, it facilitated the instructor and his efforts.

    reminds me of the software the kid tried to install on his Linux box, it said "works with windows 3.1 or better" so the kid was disappointed when it would no work for him. :)

    Not an angry reply at all, but just the question, how could a socialist system give incentive for anyone to do much of anything, if you are paid your allowance regardless of performance? Won't you instead look to recreation somewhere else, or perhaps you would not have enough income and so would have to work in the black market to have enough to live on...
