    Imagine entropy follows an asintotic function in the state of the universe "before" inflation. You could go back in time infinitely and find an infinitesimal but non zero entropy, while finding finite entropy at the present. Something like S=f(t)=1/((t^2)+1). The same for the volume ocupied by the observable universe at present time.

    You forget what we allready observe, but have no theory that explains it. (eg: perihelion precession of Mercury's orbit, Newtons gravity theory, and general relativity)

    Why only for terminal patients? As I understand, the article is about asisted suicide for everyone who asks for it. I can be a healthy, without mental disorders or depresion individual, and decide to end my life. Why cant I go to the doctor and ask for the pills, instead of the messy options?

    A fixed wing RC plane will be much more eficient, with a bigger payload for the same cost, and faster. Efectively, a cruise missile. The technology has been here for decades.

    The problem with garbage jobs is salary. Don't put a salary only related to the skills needed, but also to the "unpleasenes" of the job. You will have all the garbage mans you want.

    Simple. If it's a shit job that needs to be done by a human, attacht a salary/benefits/whatever to it directly proportional to the shittines of the job. Somebody will want to have something more than what wellfare/minimum rent/whatever give him.

    DC must be filtered out before the first amplification stage. A simple capacitor in series does this, and there is no way software could baypass it. Also, speakers should have a safety margin over the maximum output of the amplifier.

    I don't know how new Asus o'Play handles every format, but I have a 5 years old, first generation one, that plays everything except flv. And easy acces to shared folders or DLNA.
