    The question to ask then would be "Does the average lifespan increase, have a corresponding increase in span a person is capable of working?" If people live til 90 on average, but are decrepit at 65, what then?

    At least I'm curious if the able to work span increases the same as the life span.

    This doesn't mean they need to create new laws for "e-this, or cyber-that" just that they have to do due diligence to confirm the guilt of the accused.

    Driving through and intersection is the most dangerous (as in where most accidents occur) part of driving, but I guarantee that no one pays any more attention then.

    You would be wrong to guarantee that, as I usually look both ways when going through an intersection because I am paranoid that someone will run the light and T-Bone me, I do the same with rail road crossings, and especially in parking lots.

    It did kind of get annoying though for a while when it was all ads for L4D, and its like "I bought the game a month ago, stop showing me ads for it."

    Actually, the budled iPod touch is what convinced my wife to let me get the Mac Pro I'd been wanting, because she wanted the iPod for a PDA. So it was worth it to me ;)

    But the ASCAP isn't interested in the actual song "product" just the performance of it. Regardless, it still doesn't make sense to call it a performance.

    So you want all experiments to show something contra to the hypothesis, which suggests some new hypothesis? That's what it sounds like. What do you want to happen when they try to test the secondary hypothesis? Do you want that experiment to fail and sugest something else? If no hypothesis are proven, what's the point of experimenting?
