Isn't the bad in child pornography the very fact that a child is forced to something of which he/she can't consent to based on their low age, not the fact that someone later might get aroused by said picture?

They probably have different release dates because they have to negotiate with different distributors in different parts of the world, since they can't have local offices everywhere.
