If you are updating via Windows Update, you don't get an "option to keep my files". You only get that when reinstalling Windows. So it would appear that user error was involved somehow.

Of course paper ballots have problems too. No system is perfect. The only advantage that paper ballots have is that they limit the number of people who can commit fraud to those who have physical access. No Russians, teens, etc... hacking from anywhere. That's a big advantage.

Nothing to see there. Windows has had it for years. Though the 'tabs' you click on are down (or up, or over) in the taskbar. Big whoop.
Start regulating cryptocurrencies, and soon you'll have to regulate other shady trading schemes, like the stock exchange.
