I'm taking math courses at the local community college. Trying to study at in the libraries there is enough to make one loath humanity. Let's bring our cranky infant to the library so we can watch rap videos on YouTube! Great idea! They also text so much the cell phone might as well be implanted. Get off my lawn!
As cool as this sounds in a Gibsonan sense (or Stephenson if there is a guy named Raven with a nuke and glass harpoon running around) how are they getting the bandwidth? It seems like that cost would outweigh gains from conventional data centers.
I'm really disappointed by this. I love my work Droid and have been considering the Droid 2 for my personal set when it came out. With this kind of restriction (if it is true) I guess I'm back to looking at HTC sets.
It speaks well of Sony to keep adding things to their product. I remember when I got my PS3 if PS4 would be out the next year. Yes, losing Linux was sucky.
Mr. Burns: (chuckles) And to think, Smithers, you laughed when I bought TicketMaster. "Nobody's going to pay a 100% service charge."
Smithers: Well, it's a policy that ensures a healthy mix of the rich and the ignorant, sir.
I remember checking out a couple of his lectures after hearing the story on NPR. They have come in handy on some topics where the examples I have aren't enough to fully explain the concept.
ZOMG! A service people sign up with to keep track of where they are keeps track of people where they are! How devious! Really, I don't see what benefit these services actually offer. Do I really need my phone telling the world about each time I get coffee? Same with tweeting. It may ease your ADHD and feed your ego for a couple of seconds, but other then that it is useless.
Oddly, teenagers died in car accidents before video games existed. Playing Joust on an Atari 2600 didn't suddenly give me an urge to pick up a lance and ride a giant bird. There still is no credible evidence that associates aggressive real life behavior to video games.
If we have learned anything from former HP CEO's that leave in disgrace is that they have a rosy future ahead in California politics.

Global warming is wider spread then previously thought.
They should have put more pea shooters on the guard towers.
True, but the House already passed it.

Stuff like this is why I joined the Electronic Frontier Foundation: https://www.eff.org/
Apparently the Family Heart Center will now let you overclock the Jarvik and Yamaha models, but it voids the warranty.
People are just ticked because they had to friend Kip Drordy. http://www.facebook.com/KipDrordy

If you thought Swine Flu was bad, wait until we have to deal with Space Flu. It causes you to sneeze Tribbles and turn numerous shades of green.

In the US they would sell that honey in the airport at a 6000% markup.
Huh? There is a picture of the product right there on the page. Links to five different views of it in the lower right.
The site is /.ed, so for comparison see the StarCraft 2 mouse: http://www2.razerzone.com/sc2/spectre.php Fewer buttons and is glowy.

This seems more like a clean up of junk software no one needed anyway. Yawn.
"Eeep!" - Microsoft

I've tried Time Warner and AT&T's U-Verse in Austin. Both suck horribly. Back to the roof antenna circa 1980.
Natal sounded too babyish.
