also the average person is of average intelligence (IQ of 90-110), has an average salary (~32KUSD [US numbers only]), has an average looking girlfriend (no figures on this one, but IMNSHO is not to my standard),

what if they replaced Taliban with Germans/Japanese / North Koreans ? i wonder how well that would go over. yes i know it has been done in the past, but to outright swap the two would be a huge slap to the people of these other origins. oh wait, that was the point... carry on
as someone who designed parts of BT's 21CN project (revamp of the country's network infrastructure) i can tell you the BT owns all of the network backbone (not all of the last mile though). So if what you assert is true, that would be a hell of a lot of power for BT.

no black is a colour. in an additive colour system (e.g. paint) black the presence all colours. in a subtractive colour system (e.g. stage lighting) black is the absence of colours. with white the opposite respectively. using your logic all colours in the RGB scale aside from red, blue, & green are not colours.
most likely the person who is distributing them - that is you cant share something if it hasnt been created (by you or someone before you, who distributed it to you)
