The goal of Palladium is to prevent users from running certain software on their system, and as we all know MS Operating Systems are great at preventing things from running.
Is Palladium suppose to carry over to things off the computer? Because I know many businesses that wouldn't run if they used Windows.
Google proves that not being bought out (advertisements, false rankings..) pays off more in the long run.
Blue collar workers have dealt with this forever.

Ever hear all those people complain about Americans buying foreign cars and how it's hurting the US economy? Well now it's come to the white collar workers. Companies are hiring out people overseas because they are cheaper than an American with the equivalent skills. I think anyone that drives a foreign car can't complain about loosing their IT job to a foreign market.
But I must add I think this is a good thing. A global economy is much more efficient than a secluded economy. Cheaper employees means cheaper goods. Countries with different laws, skills, geography and culture can specialize in different areas and work in those areas more efficiently. Specialization is better than being a jack-of-all-trades.
People used to hate products like electronics that came out of Japan. They used to be considered cheap crappy imitations. Now Japan is one of the most respected countries producing electronics, if not the best.
So may China be next? China has a reputation for developing cheap goods and electronic equipment, but they seem to be getting better and better. Maybe someday soon they will be producing electronics as good, if not better, than any other country. The added benefit is that China doesn't follow all the same patent and copyright issues as other countries so they are truly free to innovate and compete. This coupled with Chinas new more positive view on Captitalism and China could become the new super power.

Order a copy of "The Right Man: The Surprise Presidency of George W. Bush" and other pro-Bush books and you'll automatically be put on the True-American-Citizen list. Just one copy of this book should easily outweigh those dozen copies of The Catcher in the Rye you bought.
Instead of using the nasty word "Rocket" we should rename the hobby the Vertical Paper Propulsion Game.
But really now, you'd need like, 50 Estes E engines to launch a hand grenade a few feet away. I think a terrorist is more likly to use a pickup truck to get a bomb around.
If the government knows they'll get 11,000$ for every illegal telemarketing call, you know they are going to spend every possible effort to collect it. They could hire people who's job is to hunt down these illegal phone calls. Just 4 calls in the entire nation each year would pull in 44,000$, enough to pay someone fulltime to track these calls.
Just think of how much effort the government goes to get a few extra hundered dollars off your tax form, so what do you think they will do to get an extra 11,000$ for a bad phonecall?

Alienation vs. Identification: Necessary Tension
She is right, this is very important. All female characters clothing needs to be very tense in order to show off the cleavage they have underneath.

All we need now is for King Kong to fall into the public domain some time this century...
Falling into a public park isn't good enough?

But the Brotherhood of Nod has no nuclear weapons. That temple is merely for praying an can't manufacture weapons of mass destruction.
Intel has also patented the procedure: "Putting yourself out of business".

Now instead of just exaggerated comments from the editors, we can have completely fabricated AND exaggerated comments!

I didn't know a P4 3.06Ghz CPU was noticably faster than my P100 in OpenGL. I guess it's time to upgrade my Quaking machine!

Lexan is some companies fancy word (Nalgene I think) for polycarbonate.
I still want transparent aluminum for my truck. Then I could carry my pet whale around.
