    So, what? It's okay to twist terminology to make it look like Windows is full of holes and Macs are vulnerability-free?

    The same types of vulnerabilities and same types of malware exist on both; less of either have been found on Macs, but that's explained by the lower market share. The architecture of Mac OS X may make cleanup easier, but viruses stuck in user space aren't harmless.

    Thing is, "moral responsibility" or not, most people still won't help the helpless.

    I'm badly disabled and damn glad I live somewhere more civilized than the US - the chances I'd get the very expensive medical care I need in the US are... kinda low. Made worse by the fact I can't work.

    Except you use far more land growing the feed for the animals than growing the vegetables to replace the meat in a human diet.

    Vegetarian diet requires a lot of knowledge of nutrition to make work, but it is far more energy-efficient. Those animals don't subsist on air.

    Meat, however, tastes good.

    Enjoyment and addiction have little to nothing to do with each other.

    You can enjoy something and not be addicted; conversely you can be addicted to something and not enjoy it.

    Actually, most of the enjoyment from smoking is gone by the time the addiction sets in. By that time you need a smoke just to feel normal.

    It's impossible to smoke marijuana in a dosage to kill you... this does not make it harmless.

    Plus, the effective ingredient, THC? It's entirely possible to take enough THC to kill yourself.

    We have far too little research to know if marijuana is harmless or not - the associated mental problems might be very dangerous.

    A lot of StarForce games have been cracked. The issue here is that pirates know to avoid those games far and wide; cracked or not cracked. If they had the money to throw away they'd pay for new hardware, they'd have enough money to buy all the games they wanted without a moment of thought.
