why would you have to worry where you leave the mouse if you lock the terminal? Oh... you don't lock the terminal, well.. I guess it doesn't matter what starts up since you don't care much about what your cat types out on the keyboard.
This extension I have told everyone that I know uses Firefox and they all love it. They don't mind the click to play flash. And if there is a site with lots of flash on it, just disable the extension and reload!
Agreed, Nintendo games have some of the best gameplay and that's why I have always bought a Nintendo system. I don't even find appeal in other consoles when I play them at a friend's place. I love that the GCN is so compact that I can take it in my bookbag anywhere.
I try to by only the Nintendo made titles also since they really have good game play, but other makers do turn out great things (Prince or Persia).
Side note: What does Daisy say when she loses in Mario Golf? (what I hear is "You Slut").
If the SCO stock keeps going down like it has the past 3 days, they will need to jump ship soon. Perhaps the rats are swimming already for paradise island.
If you want an update, just look at SCOX stock price DOWN 5+ points from the open today. Bet it won't move up tomorrow morning either. Their FUD is weaking.
Not to meantion that they often write buggy code so that you outsource with them again. They screw up the code bad and then when you are pressed for a fix, they start asking for bigger $$$.

That's the only channel I watch when it comes to science, (maybe a little of the Discovery Wings). TLC and the other Science channels really don't show much.
BUT even the Discovery Science channel tends to show the same documentaries and episodes of shows. I think it needs some new material, but I still watch something new every other night at least.

MS products and APIs have some of the WORST documentation I have ever seen. They make a point of pointing out the obvious stuff and not even telling you the important stuff. I have been spending time using the MS VSS command lines to write scripts for automation of builds and such. Well the VSS docs are VERY incomplete. They fail to meantion that output may be multi-line for commands that SHOULD come back with a single line. There is also very little information on some of the important behaviours of some of the VSS commands and the errors that come up.
Some of the best docs I have seen are from Open Source projects. Yes sometimes the docs are incomplete, but at least you have the fall back of being able to LOOK AT THE CODE when it's necessary.
But there problem is that it's racist against their group. I am wonder what would happen if there was a game that was racist against all groups, (you pick one character and you have kill everyone that is black, a different character and you kill all the whites, etc.) What will then happen?
Or what about those games that depict World War II? Should the Germans or the Russians be pissed? It's hard to draw the line.
In NYC the Haitian groups are protesting and getting media coverage on this same issue. The makers removed the line(s) from the game in new copies, but the Haitian groups are not satisfied and want the option to return the uneditted game for the editted one.

Wish that would work for me but everyone that asks me for computer help is too lazy to read, hence the problem with the computer (they didn't read the help).
I think the parent post has some good ideas, but the message was conveyed a bit.... bitterly. I think classifieds and auctioning would be excellent for slashdot.
Heck, you can even have product reviews by posters. But something tells me that they haven't done this because of legal/financial concerns. When money is involved, or people's identities, that's were the mess starts.
But I think arbour42 could have posted his ideas in a more.... pleasant manner.
Laundry? What's that? Seriously how many of you actually DO the laundry? Like me, most of you probably have someone else do it, or if you're single you have a robot do it, or the pile of clothes thing in the parent:)
