I don't understand the clamouring to be part of a Beta test.
Is it just so that you can brag you got to play the latest game before others? If so, I'd rather play the *finished* game rather than one which may well have a large number of errors and omissions.
Perhaps it's so you feel like you are actually making a difference in the development of the game, but with the large numbers of people Betas tend to get opened to these days I cannot see how a single person can make that much difference.
My Asus motherboard (forget the model number right now..) will play sound clips from its internal audio if something goes terribly wrong during boot time. It will tell you which piece of hardware it thinks is faulty.
The best thing is that you can upload your own sounds into the BIOS to give those error messages extra meaning.
Okopipi will automatically click the "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" links contained within the emails and/or report the spam to the appropriate authorities.
I thought that it was generally a bad idea to click unsub or opt-out links in Spam messages since it only server to prove they have a valid email address and the receipient actually reads Spam messages.
I've not played WoW myself( other than the free beta prerelease) but do you seriously have to wait upto 30 mins just to log on to the game? That'd eat up all my gaming time right away!

I used to love typing that into a workstation, but not pressing enter.
One user had the habit of clearing the screensaver by hitting Enter over and over...
Does this new build support the Offline Messages you can send in the main MSN client?
I find this incredibly useful, and is the one reason I keep the official client installed.
Boycotts are often called for but they just don't work.
Even though this move against Lik-Sang is outrageous, it turns out that people just don't care enough to deprive themselves of entertainment.
I cannot begin to imagine what a Pac-Man film would look like....
Its not quite the same since you do not have to pay for people to put mail through your letterbox. You do have to pay to receive email

Why dont you just view it as buying Portal and getting Episode 2 for free?
How exactly does rarring the files result in less seeds...?
SF2 was hardly balanced. A good Guile player would beat a good E Honda player every time.
The only balanced matches were with identical characters.
I never thought I'd see a site advertising Stench Injection Products...

Thats pretty much al you do in The Sims, which ended up being one of the most popular games of recent years sales-wise.
Its was on The Register and blogged http://www.boringbutgood.com/blog/archive/2006/01/ time_warner_to.html back in January...

How does this support the website? If you're still not seeing the ad, then you have no way of clicking it to support the site.
Or, is the Support Websites list like a whitelist that allows ads on the selected sites?
Which is precisely why people buy in-game currency with real world currency!
The value of the time taken to amass such wealth normally is far more than the cost of just buying the stuff.
