like the rest of you, i'm surprised as well that the Wachowskis did not figure that the most sensible plot would have been the best one instead of the crap they bestowed upon us.
i'm even more surprised it took them ~10 years to decide to cash in on another movie (whether it sucks or not). perhaps they got jealous of the great combat scenes and plot in Inception (especially with the thematic likenesses between Inception and the Matrix) and have taken it to heart...
on your custom made wear lines. your jeans are now super fashionable...oh but wait it took so long to break in your jeans that now it's no longer super fashionable to have custom made wear lines. put the jeans away and wait another year for the fashion cycle to deem them super fashionable again.
or in my case (and maybe others) Goldeneye was like a gateway drug. I was ~16 years old at the time and totally naive to FPS. Goldeneye lead to Turok 2, then buying a computer once I found out everyone agreed FPSs are best with a mouse and keyboard. that lead to Quake, then Half-Life, and the rest is history. now I lay twitching on the floor waiting for Half-Life 3 to drop. it's gonna happen man, it's gonna happen, it's not just an episode, it's going to be a full game man...
and that's why I don't even want to try 3D games.
it happened like this: the local calendar maker received a huge order for calendars going up to the year 25000 and he started making them but then after bunch he was like "nuts to this, i'm going for a beer" and he just so happened to leave off at dec 21 2012. the calendar maker never returned from his beer though...UNSOLVED MYSTERIES. i love that show.
So you see no conflict of interest between scientists receiving research grants and continued funding (or their institutions doing so) and the requirements of the people actually paying the bills (the Government)?
Wouldn't this suggest that the scientists should be providing "data" that backs up the intended government policies in order to continue receiving funding? And then the government would have no reason to censor them?
being almost done my PhD, the thought of losing all my data is enough to make me want to cry. of course my work is backed up, but if i was in that prof's shoes, creepy or not, i'd be doing a big time happy dance upon receiving that usb drive.
I never knew how old NES was... I was ~4 years old when my Dad came home with an NES and mario/duck hunt one day, and given my birthyear of '81, he must have bought it within the first year of release. I'm pretty sure that qualifies him as an old school tech geek...
Did anyone ever beat Mach Rider? I think that game just went on forever with increasing difficulty at each stage. And what was with the random super powers?
i recently had the opportunity to fill out a 100 page consumer trends survey for a reward of $30. there was something like 1000 questions all on a scale of 1 (i don't use these products) to 10 (i always use these products), and they ask for your personal description and address presumably to help the product companies determine how to improve/personalize their advertisement barrage or improve availability of their products. i ended up circling random numbers the entire survey, made up a random description of myself and provided a phony address and got it done in under an hour (probably would have taken more than a day if taken seriously). i felt very good about providing useless crap data to my corporate overlords and taking $30 from them.

gratify this, asshole.
you know too much and are obviously one of "them" pretending to be one of "us" to smooth this whole thing over... i will now hide in my tinfoil hat.

Ok enough of that category then. Let's try famous titties for $200.
Answer: what is the question that would cause a jeopardy player to have to say "3"?
that's too quick (obviously). i'm thinking coliseum full of people, him with a dull sword, and some hungry tigers.
long takes require good actors that can actually remember more than two sentences in a row. ie: not Keira Knightley.
of these sweet puns has soured my interest in graphene.
click.....click click...click click click click click.....gotcha!
9 year old logitech keyboard. there is borderline intelligent life growing under the keys.
