why would we need an operator for zapping someone with a GPS tag? if they're out of the house past curfew, then it could be set to auto zap briefly every 5 minutes till they get their ass home. simple.

off the top of my head, portal, half life 2 and bioshock are examples of games that largely incorporate problem-solving in various ways. of course, those games aren't for young kids (ie: uber violent), but they're probably fine for someone in high school.

Just wondering if anyone knows the magnitude of what was felt in other cities, given that it was a 5.5 near Ottawa?
