But I missed the search button in mozilla and sent out an invalid http request instead. But if I were serious it's nice that mozilla tries to quess what I wanted to do and generates a bunch of other invalid adresses.
Argh, you will fill your body with even more electromagnetic radiation. The obvious solution to this is to market jammers that only will create harmonious karma-raising signals to cancel out the evil titan-creating noise of digital radio.
I am 100% windows desktop PC user, and 0% windows mp3 user. Even though I did not already store all my music on a linux server I'd get the creeps if my stereo system would depend on running windows.
The US has been in an economic pit for the past two years. Now's the time to be spending money on whatever you damn well please. I it's Christmas, buy yourself some new LOTR costume that you can prance around the woods in.
It's your duty as a consumer to buy you country out of the recession!
Applications? Don't you get it? 4 ton's of chickengarbage in - out: millions worth of nutrious healthy cosmetic's ingredients! It's the American Dream come true - one of these and you can make money of everything.
You might be sad to note that an hour of Birds of Prey is currently only 39:47. The site has some interesting comments and facts on commercials growth. I'm only missing a graph showing how it increases by time, but everyone must have noticed that this is manipulated in many ways for example by having less commercials than normal in the opening episodes of 24^2 which of course will backlash by more than that amount in the conclusive episodes...
Even though premieres would sync up to us here in Europe I suspect that I would still find my shows on the net with the ads pre-cut.

Kudos for the direct link to last page, that should be the slashdot standard for any story and hardware review!
Why not base the relation between differnet programming by what other people really had chosen. It could be useful for real and not just an asset for directed adverts, your privacy already went when the device got connected.
But are normal people smart enough for their own good? I'm already contemplating to submit submit@spamarchive.org to "daily-word-of-the-bible mailinglists"
Selling software and DVD's that can only work in special regions of the world is against Free Trade.
If you notice this has never been pushed by RIAA etc into the courts as they are more than likely to lose. </i>
This only works because of local taxes promoting locally produced DVD's and putting a fee on imports.
In areas like videogames there are no such endorsement from the states and the companies could easily end up paying fines for artificially keeping up the prices, like nintendo recently had to.
However, Microsofts right to only have signed software running on their products could simply be based on copyrighted parts of the code itself, but this doesn't seem to fall in any of these categories: You are running legitimate software and Microsoft is blocking your use of it.
That's bullshit and you know it, you are only allowed to bribe goverenments in the third world to secure a monopol on the market and get your hand on their natural resources.
If that's the way it works, then everyone should be allowed to do it.
Excellent design, cooler then the car in the parking slot next to you and of course forbidden to be used everywhere except on public roads and special water areas.
I'm not really impressed by any phone these days (wasn't we supposed to replace them all with 3G any day now?) but once in a while Nokia strikes the jackpot. Check out the 6800 phone with revolutionary keyboard-thingie. If it does run with the Symbian OS, I think it really could bring your PDA needs to your pocket.
Here's a story of a Q*bert clone for gameboy color
written for joy only that got published all by itself

Steps for getting an Xbox to play Mame games:
1. Get a licence

Steps in using a dedicated MAME console:
1. Develop hardware
`?????
5. Advert/story on slashdot

And since it's made for illiterate indian villagers the design focus is on sound, really. Hi-fi?

and any allergic reactions in that rare situation wouldn't be noticable among the other skin problems.
The *point* of HTML is that the author should *not* care or try to force a font size on the end user
I agree, and since the end-user is slashdot they should have made some effort in getting a CSS stylesheet since that's the part that is their job.

That's not very far-fetched considering the story about rain-making in the UK.
Good luck though, a lot of the Algerian desert is just a lot of boulders and is in need of a bit of smoothing out.

I propose a branch and a separate patch to replace all name occurences to "Phoenix".
Would the GPL allow a swedish chef patch to the documentation?

You don't know what you are talking about, cellphones will bring Civilization to the state where it's merits are best enjoyed.
Remember the first PC version? The current state of civilization for mobile phones brings back all the right memories...
Nokia is launching a new phone with the same operating system as the 7650, but shaped like a portable gaming console.

Does this mean Google is infringing?
Since when are you bound to a contract by reading it?
" If you do not intend to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, do not access and use the Site. "
The obvious solution would be to use
the google cache instead if you want to find out if it's legal for you to go to the Site at all.

Actually not a bad idea,
I guess the only solution would be to get some dockingstations, they can probably load the battery without a laptop.
Even that solution would be better off with a laptop with two extra slots in it.
Personally I can't imagine a lab without power, the weight of the laptops with just weight-savers actually makes it portable.
