There is a theory that humans were once more aquatic in nature. The loss of body hair, vestigial webbing on the fingers and toes, and a layer of subcutaneous fat all are human body attributes that lend themselves to supporting this idea. To extend your concept a bit further, it is theorized that head hair remained to accommodate babies clinging to it as we swam through the water.
As gobbo points out, having an infant clinging to your head while you went about your business would be a cumbersome arrangement to say the least. However, this would not necessarily be the case in an aquatic environment where buoyancy would reduce the weight.
Assuming you're talking about the Berserker in the greenhouse/solarium sort of room, there should be a Hammer of Dawn in there on the dark side of the room towards the entrance end.
Dude, you nailed it. Shadowgate for the NES was the most aggravating exercise in futility I've ever experienced in my 20+ years of gaming. It was nearly impossible to progress past some parts of the game without detailed knowledge on how to manipulate select items from certain areas in specific ways. In the pre-Internet days, the only solution was to call the $1.00 a minute help line prominently displayed in the back of the manual.
For an offshoot of the game that I'd have to argue isn't in widespread use, why the hell have they published yet another book on the topic? Since version 3.0 we have the Psionic's Handbook, then in 2004 we have the updated 3.5 Expanded Psionic's Handbook and now the Complete Psionic. I mean, goddamn, haven't they exhausted the subject yet?
I also thought the length of this thing was impractical. They should have made it a few centimeters longer so it could double as a police baton for self defense.

You hit the nail on the head. These are the same kids who bought 64-bit AMD processors in droves so they could run their 32-bit operating systems and their 32-bit games on them.
Palladium's writers and artists have been troopers, waiting months to get paid, but their generosity is not enough.
There was a running joke in my group about the Rainbow spell which was re-printed in just about every book that contained spells. I think they've fixed it since, but about 10 years ago the spell looked like this:
Rainbow Range: One mite (1.6 km). Duration: 15 minutes per level of the Warlock. Saving Throw: Standard. P.P.E.: Sixty The Warlock creates a rainbow extraordinary in its prismatic color display arcing across the sky. The gentle beauty of this sight raises the morale of all who view instilling a deep feeling of wonder, self worth, hope and job.
Clearly they meant to put joy instead of job but they got it was job in at least half a dozen books. Great editing Kevin. Everytime one of us picked up a new Palladium book we would immediately flip to the Rainbow spell to see if it still instialled deep feelings of wonder, self worth and job.
Fuck yeah! You tell him!
They miss step 3:
1. Invent clever gas powered boot
2. Turn into military secret
3. ???

Now if the kid had chugged a six pack of Foster's and gotten behind the wheel, I may have taken issue with it.

Or maybe he caught her running ext3.
I experience it when I wind up the RPM's in my Camaro and drop the clutch.
A Canadian hospital will bill a non-resident the full amount.
"I'm not an alcoholic; alcoholics go to meetings."
I find your comment ironic given your user name.
Can you cite a recent example of something truly innovative and capable of "advancing overall human technology" that has come out of India?

Mediaportal that blow away every bit of MCE in every possible way
Not entirely true. Mediaportal cannot stream video to the Xbox 360. This is an important feature for a lot of people who own this console.
Why don't they make another Conan movie if they want to bring the Governator back?
Damn right! Conan the King would be pretty sweet!

tigerdirect has it wrong. According to the manufacturer's page ( http://www.kanguru.com/flashdrive_max.html ) it will do the USB 2.0 speed of 480 mb/s or 60 MB/s.
Are you a script writer for Deadwood?
11. Scientology
Ironically, the kids at Digg have almost established their own religion focused on hating Scientology. Who actually gives a shit about it?

Man that goblin fight example brings back some good memories. Many, many hours wasted away.
Note that he said he was a *former* CS student.
Installing the RPM version is also a 5 minute process, 4 of which are spent downloading the JDK.

You didn't pay people and they stole shit from you Kevin? WTF did you expect?
