    Indeed it does begin.
    The court system is already overburdened by frivolous lawsuits, in a year or two you perhaps won't be able to get a court date within your lifetime.

    Unfortunately instead of starving liars....err,...lawyers I fear it may cause a population explosion of lawyers.
    Multi generational lawsuits anyone?

    Unless of course, you design the failure mode to take out the most densely occupied structure if it's over/near a poor part of town, and to crash in an unoccupied are if it is over the wealthy part of town.

    Since you paid him, you are now guilty of conspiracy. Since you don't have permission to be there and you hired him to trespass, and you likely lied to him about it not being a trespass.

    That is the most twisted logic I've heard in a while, as you're completely and totally wrong. If I walk up to your door and knock, or ring the doorbell. I am not trespassing. If I go further than that, then I might be trespassing depending upon circumstance (a meter reader for instance is not trespassing walking around the side of your house to read the meter, even if you're not home).
    Your turn, move the goalposts and include a no trespass sign or a locked gate.

    And by virtue of the install anyway button, they are not.
    Horrible practice, but ultimately rather meaningless as they don't prevent installation.
    Other than the blatant pop-up, I don't see this as differing much from the difficulty of installing third party non-Apple approved apps on an iDevice...
