Saying H1b earns less is a lie. The REQUIREMENT of H1b is that you are paid the prevaling wage for your job. You are not allowed to legally hire someone for less. When you submit the application your application you must show what the rate for the job is and that you are paying the same. If you know anyone that is paying less, then they are breaking the law.

given that the Ipod mini uses a CF hard drive and that many people bought it, sold the hdd fro a few hundred (more than the cost of a ipod mini BTW ) and stuck in their own CF cards, i am surprised it took so long. In any case, i expect it to look like an ipod mini since in essence, the hardware is all there in the mini all they need to do is pop in a CF card and not a HD with a CF interface.

As a result i flashed by device to dual boot to familiar linux then later removed the PPC partition. I have a Pocket PC that runs linux. From the the posts on the familiar list, there are quite a few other people who do so as well however, this report would think we were running windows.
I expect a itunes movie store to come out the same day the rom update with the video player ocmes out. The fact that it has av out makes this one killer app. Consider carryign around your movie collection or TV show collection like we carry around mp3s now. Either watch it on a tiny screen or plug it into somethign with AV in.
Oh and expect to be able to get your favorite tV shows off a store.:)

ok for those kids who have no idea what factors are involved in how portable an application is, here is a crash course. OS X is based on unix and linux is based on unix. That DOES NOT mean that any application can be ported on way or the other. Please stop making the stupid argument that it is enough that apple could just recompile itunes for linux. That also includes saying that any game can be simply recompiled for OSX. Similarly, just becasue Xbox 2 will be based on a PPC970 that does not measn that a developer can easliy port any game to OSX. There are things that need to be considered like platform specific LIBRARIES.

It is also not something that would ever be allowed on the front page becasue it presents an objective overview of the problems that Linux adoption has faced in Europe. If nothing else, this shoudl be a good lesson for future adoption efforts. Some of the mods just dont want people to read this becasue it is not full of glowing praise.
