The PS3 has very few of these games either way, and you dont need RTS to bring this to the front. Dead Rising was an impressive game on the xbox 360 due to hordes of zombies on screen, then they 'ported' it to the wii, which could (even despite its much lower resolution) only handle about 4-5 zombies on screen at the same time, essentially turning the game into resident evil sans the scary bits.
Also, this is sony we are talking about here, they have a well documented history of overestimating their hardware power

Traveling to a star which has only half the solar wind pressure would require you to close your solar screen at the start of the journey because else you will be going to fast to bleed off all the speed. This off course means you will be traveling much slower.

As long as the strike is launched from earth with reasonable technology, preventing that strike from hitting its lunar target will be much easier then doing the same with an icbm travelling from siberia to the continental US, given the longer lead times, and the minimal nudge needed at long range to significantly change the orbit/trajectory.
