will actually cost less to manufacture and install than a traditional roof even before savings from the power bill. "Electricity," Musk said, "is just a bonus."
Which means these shingles are coming in under $2/sq. ft. or he has no idea how it costs to manufacture and install a standard roof.
I used to work for a big name dsl, I was constantly seeing two or more anti-virus suites installed. They would let one subscription expire and install a new anti-virus without removing the old one instead of just renewing it.
My step-father frequently thinks he has a virus... most of the time it's not. Last time it was yet another anti-virus that best buy up sold to him telling him that his subscription was about to expire and yes they installed it for him even though he already had a current subscription to symantec that they sold him when he bought the thing. His dsl subscription also came with a subscription to Mcafee and he had all three installed.
I've had other services do the same but we have 6 ISPs in my area not including mobile and only two of them have an office you can walk into. I think the two fiber providers split the area without any overlap.
Desktop computing in the consumer market is going away already although not entirely gamers and some other hobbyists will still have desktops/laptops. Business of course is going to keep it much longer.
They were still small when I started service with them which was really good. I've never had any trouble with them but they have a local office with the same people who have been working there for years and the line guy lives just up the street from me. The only difference I've seen is that they are more expensive and call asking me to upgrade my service at least once ever couple months. I don't have a TV subscription just internet.
Yes I do, but wouldn't a cooler summer and warmer winter just be nicer anyway. We can call it global equalization and it should round things off nicely with the global cooling scare of the 70s and 80s and current global warming.
Had one as a roommate for a while. The agency he worked for had him on a contract with a certain well known men's clothing brand. He had to wear only certain brand clothes provided for him when in public, had personal fitness trainer, used only hair products provided by a professional that he saw every week, saw a dermatologist for skin care product although he didn't really need to, and attended charity benefits and other events on behalf of the client in addition to actual modeling.
Best wing man ever he attracted women but wasn't interested.
That's the thing if I don't want to share my data with facebook I could use a paid service that's not ad supported although they are few an far between next to the ad supported free to use sites.
If a telco wants to collect my marketing data they better be offering free service just like facebook and google.
We don't know that the article is based on a reddit post that doesn't even say what the app is... for all we know it could be an ad supported app claiming to be the official CBC feed.
I would think that an rss reader would preload feeds that they already have a contract with and it would be the content provider paying to have their feed preloaded.
Since the app isn't named in the reddit post which is the only source for the article there really isn't anyway for us to tell.. it may be an ad supported app with the CBC name on it and the feed preloaded.
At this point the article references only a post on reddit with a partial copy of the email sent to an unknown app developer but I could see a commercial app with a preloaded feed using the and CBC name having a problem.
I have my users locked down tight... if you want to set up a profile for Ashley Madison do it at home where your spouse can help you because you won't be getting to it or anything else here and any traffic logged at the firewall is for trouble shooting. We already know your not browsing adult content unless it's a couple years worth of playboy and penthouse hidden in the back of a file cabinet and one of the secretaries found it while you where on vacation and now your fired.
My brother he has all the vintage games from atari to sega and still plays them. He even has a big Nintendo sign that he got from a store that went out of business.
You're right in the US there are third party chargers and car charger available in stores everywhere too that are often cheap and can kill a battery and/or phone. This is not mentioning how badly these devices are often abused.
It may have only been a small percentage but I have had plenty of electronics die with a fizzle and smoke or batteries that popped and ruined a device over the years. It's always been that way less than 1% of a product line have a defect only now they can post it on facebook and have it go viral.
easy... unplug and turn the PC off then toss it in the trash or disable the network adapters or install it in a vm with no network adapters on {insert favorite linux or bsd flavor}
I'll take another at look at vivaldi but I've been waiting for it to become full featured the popup blocker and popup blocker controls hadn't been fully implemented last time I looked... I was happy to see the ad-ins and adblock plus worked last time I checked.
TFA said the subjects were in monogamous relationship and only used this method of birth control. If your girl was on birth control also or you where whoring around and used condoms then I would say that's not bad.

I thought all the browsers were phasing out npapi and that java was pretty much done at this point. {except javascript}

Are you saying vigilante worms that look for known infections and infection paths then remove and patch them.
Wasn't there already a few that did that?

They won't even let the kids make a battery out of potato in science class anymore.
you'll see a lot of pre-printed signs
Have you ever used a Kinkos?

If it's something done by a predecessor who left, retired, or died. Then I trust they would blame them if anything came out in the open.
I was under the impression that piracy would probably be the largest chunk but they didn't mention it at all.
