    Design a shirt, keepsake, or sticker that is emblematic of the show. Have it on display, and offer it for sale to viewers on the way out. You dont have to stock the merchandise, just have people use their cards and offer free shipping to the card's address. That way you can take the most advantage of the "high" a movie generates....while they are in the moment. Offer a discount on the DVD if they order it right then and there.
    You can then fairly accurately target the quantities you will have to manufacture and pin the price breaks on production.

    Why does amazon ( a serious competitor for Google Play) take it upon themselves to send an email showing the complete details of your transaction. Which Google can then scan and learn about Amazons customers and attempt to drive them to Google Play. It seems like all the web vendors want to give all their customer information to Google. Im sure Google appreciates the efforts on their behalf.
    There should be very little detail in these transaction confirmations. And they should be optional. Or maybe SMS should be an option. But to give your competitor the names of your competition and what they like to purchase is just plain crazy to me.

    Are the designs (Mir, Wayland) more amenable for creating cross-platform libraries. Maybe the new stuff brings us closer to display libraries that can hop operating systems.

    The fact that people whose job it is to "know history" and to "know better" set these up is just icing on a very scary cake.

I expect they think they are going to save lives by preventing or snubbing a flare-up of civil unrest.     The RedPlanet was not a bad movie, and the main villain is a cat-like military robot that goes crazy and begins killing the crew one by one in a self-initiated wargame. Its form, threats, apparent application are all very competent. And it will scare the shit out of you when you realize that this is what they want to build.

    But that defense is necessary because of the bad decisions of the driver and the other drivers. If all the vehicles were automated and under guidance, then we might be able to substantially reduce the cost and fuel requirements of vehicles.
    If people are not driving, then the urge to stamp on the accelerator and/or the break is not there either. You get in, set your destination, and when you get there you get there. I have not read any analysis, but I think a lot of money could be saved. Also, maybe the car would need less windows? Enabling better a/c efficiency.

    Certain predators get triggered when you try to flee. Its better to say in a very soft voice "Am I free to go now officer" while backing away. Keep your hands away from your clothing and move slowly. Dont stare, because that can trigger an attack. Brightly colored garments or low hanging denim can incite an attack.
    Remember, if you are not inside your home with the door safely locked, you are in their territory. Be smart / Be safe.

    current 360 owners onto a new One? Aside from sick quality levels on 360, how are they planning on forcing people to upgrade? They just stop making 360s and hope for attrition? Or are they going to torment game developers into dropping 360 development and new games will only be for One.
    Anyone know what their master plan is? I am writing this based on an article that says One will not play 360 games.
