    If I were them, I'd find about USING gaim...its existing plug-in system has been tried and true, and can be used in many different OSs already. It can even plug into alternate IM systems while keeping the "AIM" name (G-AIM!) It could be like google: "Get on GAIM and talk to so-and-so...he's on MSN Messenger I think" The ads would still go to GAIM/AOL. Just a thought.

    But hey...what do I know?

    This is truly sad. Not to be a troll or anything, but the only reason we are not seeing a massive reduction in the amount of foreign oil we depend on, or improved air is because of the stigma attached to the world "nuclear".

    So, we continue to use oil and coal.

    For those of you who don't know, pebble bed reactors will allow for the increased use of the radioactive elements until they pose no significant threat. To use an analogy, the battery is almost completely drained. Also, they are inherently safer due to improved design. Their default position is one in which the reactive elements are in no position to cause any sort of melt-down.

    But hey, it has the word "nuclear" in it, so it has to be bad, right?

    Buncha tree-hugging softies.

    Red Hate falls squarely into the ignorant housewife category, where gentoo and LFS are for linux users with balls of steel.

    Unless you can do source on the fly, I don't see the gentoo-type crowd getting excited over this.

    Seriously...is anyone going into this thing with high hopes? Episode I was like watching my childhood melt into easily-marketable claptrap, and Episode II felt like the actors had full-body botox.

    Who is going to see this expecting a wonderful, rounded, well-acted movie? Don't get me wrong, I intend to see it, but mostly because of morbid curiosity.

    I dunno...I guess I'm still bitter about LucasArts cancelling Sam and Max for more Star Wars Title. Damn them!

    Gameboy has the games, the market, the shelf-space, and the name recognition. And to top it all off, it's a good product. If the DS is going to ship with the perpetuating network, as has been hinted, it will be unstoppable.

    Can they figure out any OTHER way to try to drive out business out of this state?

    We have some of the highest sales tax, the highest standards of living, permits are required to do anything short of wiping my ass and whacking off.

    I propose a tax on ravers. We have enough of them. San Francisco could wipe out our debt in and of itself. It's simple to do it too: if the number of dead glowsticks in your apartment/mom's basement weigh more than your furniture, you get taxed. They certainly have the money for it. If they can afford those E hits....

    Like an over-enthusiastic cheerleader for the Chicago Browns, I fully expect him to wake up one day and realize that he is cheering on a group whose ambition far exceeds their ability to remember the lessons of the past, and expect their past glory to carry them on.
