    I care.

    my cable bursts to 30Mbps on speed tests and sometimes bursts to 12Mbps in actual downloads.

    my upload is regularly 1.5Mbps. When the great florida blackout happened, we didn't lose power and I was able to achieve 100Mbps with the line.

    Yeah it's comcrap, but it's over fiber and that's why its fast.

    741/32.1==23.08s
    It should have taken 23 seconds for WTC7 to freefall. It took less. Explain that.

    If it was really fire and bent metal, then chaos theory applied means it should never have imploded and fallen on its footprint.

    whenever I even download a torrent, regardless of whether I'm seeding or not, they completely choke my http.

    I'd say it sounds like a connection limit they're imposing.

    a few minutes after I shut down all active torrents, web pages start loading again with no delay.

    This is not cool at all. I hope the FCC drops the hammer on comcast.

    ISPs are stifling technology because they are the kid who invites you over to his house after he gets a new game. He never lets you play, but he wants you to stay and watch him.

    That's the kind of asshat the ISPs are. Until we can force the ISPs to treat all packets equal, we lose.

    Do you know of a technology to defeat sandvining?
