I can't stand the infantile toyish UI of firefox.. mozilla looks very nice and like Netscape used to... I always change mozilla to the classic theme.. I can't stand the modern... firefox looks too XPish for me... and it's too light.. doesn't do all of the stuff that mozilla does...
Ok here is what I don't understand.. when I get payed... that came off my paycheck.. my employer has my SS#... now... if I DON'T pay my taxes or pay too little the IRS comes after me.. they must know how much I owe.. further.. stocks, paycheck, loans, etc everyone has my SS#... and (as far as I know) reports my income.. so why do I have to file the work again?
Indeed.. there is a huge difference between shared source and open source.... I've been told also that shared source some how they make it so that it will not compile??? I don't know exactly how you do that but that sounds like it's not the whole source then!
I don't get it... how does the printer sync time with the cartridge? As far as I know I've never set the time on my HP printer... how does it and the catridge talk about time?
We currently run the LTSP on our tech floor and a semi-large ISP. I have to say that I love it... and so do they. I've even skinned the desktop manager to run a WindowsXP like theme... have not heard one complaint.
Because.... unfortunately to require SMTP-AUTH opens you up to spam attacks of people OUTSIDE your network.. takes only a few moments of dictionary attacking for joe hacker to find an insecure SMTP-AUTH accout to use.
And before you say.. make your users use secure passwords... my employees have a hard enough time with their 8 character + 2 special character + 1 upper case and + number passwords!... can you see grandma doing that (yeah it's all about catering to the masses ugh!)..
Indeed.. to use the original analogy. It would be like seeing the front door of your house wide open.. and no one there. I close the door and lock it and leave you a note.
Nope they closed up... there was a notice on the store window for several months (may still be there) that said the closest store for service (it didn't say that.. those are my words) was in Scranton! yeah right.. like I'm going to drive to Scranton to get my phone services...
It basically said... to serve you better, we have closed this store to cut costs. You can still find us at blah blah in Scranton.
Hey.. does this mean there is another Williamsportite on here?:)
Ditto... they seem to think people only want to use their phones on the interstate!!! ack... Verizon is whom I'm with now and it works mostly everywhere.
Here Here! I don't always want all of my downloads to go to my desktop!

Mine is fine.. if he's cutting in and out it's his ISP *NOT* his voip provider.
Good.. I don't plan on getting rid of my belly button any time soon!

Where from do you get the fuse to repair it? And how do you replace it? Is there online documentation about this?

Are they using technology that a regular 802.11b card could get on? Or are they using something that frequency hops like Alvarion gear?
Where do you figure 2.5Ghz from? 2.4Ghz, 900, or 5.8 is what most outdoor wireless runs on.

Naw.. but the ChiliTech SpamCobra would stop this.
Oh well that's a relief... had access to social security numbers, but not credit cards... weeeeeee.. I'm put at ease now...
For those of us not up on things.. what do you mean standard deductions? Instead of itemizing?
Same here.. I payed $75 last year.. it's nice to have them to go back on too.
Vonage does not use ports 51-53.. and 53 is DNS.. no way your campus would block that.
What VoIP provider do you use? Vonage requires 90k/sec

Unfortunately, that's the idea.
I thought it was from star wars?
And what exactly is taking my picture as I purchase stamps going to do? So i purchase stamps.. woohoo.....
