The huge problem with that model is massive piracy. The people who own one of those machines can empty out the money any time they want, and print unlimited copies to sell at whatever price they desire without paying back the rightsholders.
Unless you have some way of making it completely secure, authenticated, and with no removable money, you'll have another Nintendo FDS Disk Writer fiasco.
It's consoles. It's one of those things where they put a nes-on-a-chip and solder on the contents of an xx-in-1 game cartridge which contains lots of pirated mapper 0 games. Usually it's built into an N64 controller type shell and plugs directly into a TV.
There are so many inaccuracies in this article! Let's see... * The NES has 2k bytes of ram built in, not 4k. Cartridges can contain an 8k RAM expansion to expand the total RAM to 10k, the expansion can also be battery backed to save games. * The NES is not capable of rendering 16x16 sprites, only 8x8 or 8x16 sprites. Those of course can be combined to form larger sprites.
Then some nitpicks: * I've heard from other articles that Nintendo never tried selling the Famicom directly in America before redesigning it, but I have nothing to back this up with. * Kirby's Adventure, weighing in at 768 kilobytes, is far larger than Dragon Warrior 4. * The article fails to mention the bootleg joysticks being sold today which contain illegal NES multicarts built in, these display directly on a TV and have no cartridge slot. No problem, this is probably beyond the scope of the article.

Is it really good to get news from a site that still only has *PREVIEWS* of games like Wind Waker?
The passme takes in a DS cartridge (Metroid First Hunt). It sends a modified version of the ds cartridge header when it reads from the ds cartridge. The modified header changes the ARM7 Code Start to point to GBA cartridge space. Then the ARM7 code edits the ram and starts up the ARM9 with new code.
What the heck are you talking about? The SNES and Genesis both had 4-bit graphics per tile. The SNES can support up to 16 different 16-color palettes, while the genesis can only push 4. The SNES wins on sound, with its MOD type music instead of simple wave synthesis. The Genesis wins on processing capabilities and screen resolution (320x240 vs 256x240).
All sound cards can do this, only creative refers to it as "what u hear". The other sound carts call it "stereo mix" or "mixed output" as the recording source.
Morpheus can go off and die for all I care. Their latest program release is a modified version of the GPLed file sharing tool Gnucleus, except they added spyware and ads to the program. They are a big scam to say the least.

The song is by Rabbit Joint, NOT System of a Down.
Then it isn't really VR anymore, more like Augmented Reality.
Double your IQ or no money back!
Nentendo? Is that anything like Nintondo?

Where's the random porno generator?
Tell that to Nintendo, where the GBA has been Romz Romz Romzed to death.
Alex Chiu has beaten you to it already.
MAC addresses can even be changed in the Windows Device Manager. Sniff a packet, change your MAC address to match. Absolutely no security.
Then you got an overdump. Wario's woods is 512k.
The largest US released NES game was Action 52 at 2 megabytes, but it was unlicenced.
So it's okay to cut off a chicken's head with a chainsaw, yet it's NOT okay to put a hamster in the microwave?

At one attempt per second, it takes less than 3 hours to bruteforce a PIN number.

Go download some Macro recording software! That stuff works wonders in certain situations.
But here's the real question: Can any user edit the game?

The GBA cartridge is used to hold the code. It runs the code completely in DS mode after booting it up.
Probably the bit about the UN, if you get a real translation. None of this "federation" crap.

This is so damn old it isn't even funny. There have even been articles on ticalc.org from april 2000 on how to overclock a TI-89.
Go ahead, mod me -1 redundant.
Windows NT4 is still quite susceptible to spyware infections. It still prompts to run activeX controls on Internet Explorer.
