Well you don't really need a phone line to have DSL. Theres been litigation on this in recent months. As it stands, "Ma Bell" requires a phone line to use DSL, but it isn't necessary. Hopfully this will be ruled out, and I can have DSL w/o my phone line.
Unless you reject the greedy assumption that art must be controlled and deciminated legally by whoever owns it and realize it should belong to the public for the good of society.

i can really see this as a sci-fi channel feature movie, but inorder to appeal to the masses, one wound need to tone down the dialogue with l337 sp34k.

Discuss what? The fact that Q3 has no story line? No Objectives than to go to the next map? Dude, its a multiplayer game. Q3 lacks nothing except for the latest PR from iD to combat the OGC. Q3 may lack what you want in a game.

My servers stay full. I lack more servers.
Q3 gamespeed is actually an option in server-side configs. you have you have the admin change it along with other aspetcs, but it is there.
