    This can't be real.

    YOU (as in one person) have been asked to figure out how to provide email access for ONE MILLION ACCOUNTS?

    There is another comment on here saying that the entire IBM corporation only has around 300,000 email accounts. Do you know how many people they probably have running their email system?

    And you need to replace Microsoft Exchange, probably the most capable corporate email system available? Do they require all the features that Exchange offers??

    Sorry if I'm I can't imagine this is real.

    Microsoft won this care, and they should have.

    Ok now that's just stupid.

    I have programmed everything from ASM to C++ to PHP, and C# is by far the best language I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

    It is easily as capable as C++ in most situations, is a lot nicer to work with, and boosts productivity immensely.

    Stick to what you know.

    From a programming standpoint, this is amazing.

    The fact you can zoom in, to the highest zoom level, anywhere in the US... and the roads line up with the satellite maps.. is amazing.

    I just zoomed in fully to my street on Long Island, NY, and the road names and highways were overlayed perfectly with the actual streets as depicted on the satellite map.

    How do they do this? I guess the satellite maps are labelled so precisely that they can overlay lat/lon routes on top of them?

    Ummmm.. what about consciousness?

    If you swapped out your mom's brain with one grown in a sheep.. that wouldn't be your mom anymore. All her memories, her whole personality, would be gone.

    What's interesting is that now that all the fast food chains are offering "cash or credit", when you pay by credit they don't make you sign anything.

    I just hand them my card, they hand it back with my food.

    So this makes the whole "signing" thing even more useless.

    As another post said, this place would likely be 24 hours, so it wouldn't need to be at 100% capacity for the hours you used.

    Also, I'm sure that Alienware, EA Games, Corsair, etc would be happy to give away a lot of that stuff as long as they have huge banners hanging around and are included in the advertising plans. That cuts costs significantly.

    In their "Graphics and Displays" they have very in depth reviews of LCDs and have whole sections of the articles discussing their gaming performance.

    So far, it seems like it's "close but no cigar" for LCD panels being perfect for gaming, although its very close.

    My company accepts both. We have a simple PayPal account, and the full blown merchant account, with an SSL cert, payment gateweay, custom code, and all the rest that goes with it.

    And you'd be surprised that a large number of people choose the PayPal option, for two reasons. TRUST and CONVIENENCE.

    They trust PayPal because they are a huge company
    that they have used before. It's extremely convienent because they don't have to re-enter all their credit card and billing information into yet another website. They just hit the "Pay" button and they're done.

    After moving 3 weeks ago, I decided I was sick of paying $40+ a month for nothing but local service with Verizon, so I decided to sign up with Vonage.

    I've had absolutely no problems with this service, voice quality is as good (if not better) than a landline, and the price is right ($14.95 for 500 minutes ANYWHERE in the US or Canada!).

    They also offer so many additional features (toll free # for $5 a month??), how can the telcos compete?

    I just signed my business up. I'm not going back.

    If you search Doom III in google, Suprnova comes up on the right side as an affiliate link "download Doom III from this link." If nothing else, if suprnova were an open secret in the g**k community before, it's about to go fucking mainstream.

    Careful.. that Google ad is not for Suprnova.ORG (the famous pirate site), it's for Suprnova.COM, a ripoff site trying to get people to pay for pirated material.

    Granted, neither are good, but they are not the same site.

    Although it doesn't let you input your own data, I have found ETF Timing's (www.etftiming.com) approach to trading logical and accurate. They provide market timing on ETFs (sorta like mutual funds, but traded like a stock), and have been quite accurate during the length of my subscription (about 6 months).

    It's not free, and I'm not generally one to plug a specific site or product, but it is on-topic.

    88/100th of a second per lap?

    Isn't that well within the margin of error that the human drivers would introduce? If the driver takes a turn slightly off of the most optimized route, wouldn't that negate the fraction of a second these algorithms are providing?
