What would happen if you ran the Yagi directly into a small Omni antenna? would that act as a passive repeater with a strong enough signal in the house?
Everyone I know uses Google... how could they just now be ready for prime time?

And that's why computer repair shops have the bad reputation that they do.... "those guys lost all my data!!", "they're charging me what? for just sitting there typing on a keyboard?", etc...
I was at a WWE smackdown at the Spokane Arena, and they had a t-shirt cannon, but from what I could tell, it didn't have a CO2 cylinder. The distance that it shot seemed to be controlled by a pneumatic arm or something. It seemed easy enough to reload it, just stick one or two shirts in the barrel, and it was ready to fire.
I work for a wireless ISP (802.11b), we run into all sorts of fun stuff.. 2.4 Ghz phones, old microwaves that people decide is good to place next to their radio.. Finally got a Spectrum Analyzer so that we could see what we were dealing with. Fun, but expensive toy..
But yeah, there's plenty of interference.. at least in northeast washington state...
Sigh. Yeah, Walmart is taking over my little town here in Washington USA.. Had a regular one for a while, then they decided to upgrade it to a Macro Wally World, AKA Super Walmart. Going to be opening here in a few months.. everyone's saying that it's going to destroy local business; I'm inclined to agree.
I tried Starcraft on SNES for the first time a few weeks ago.. suprisingly close to the PC game. Ran kinda slow once you got lots of units on the screen, but I have no idea what kinda CPU is in those things
I had major problems with the controls.. Gimme a mouse and keyboard, dammit.
Some sales guys are quite annoying.. When I'm in a foul mood once in a long while, I like to play computer-dumb and mess with them. I was in Futureshop, quite a few years ago, and had a rookie sales guy looking all over the place for a white ink cartridge because I told him I wanted to print on black paper. heh, that was fun..
Do you like it so far? I'm kinda in the market for a new one...

I have one sitting at my shop right now. Storage and whatnot for VZW. Built in 100' tower, and 50KW Generator, plus 10x20 building.
Pretty sweet setup.
In the spokane river, the maximum amount of fish you can eat is 2 per year.
When life gives you poop, make poop juice.
I'll be adding a selection of Hershey to my rootkit.

How exactly does is this abuse?
He didn't submit a story, then accept it himself (quad karma!), and it is his site to begin with.
For example: me, my brother, my mom and my dad all live in different cities. We keep in touch via IM.
I know how, but I forgot.
I'll believe that it was just an accident, if it doesn't try to go and run into scale models of large buildings.....
That's kinda cool.. I've always been interested in mobius strips too.. Do you have pictures?

It had an awesome range though. I want one!

The first rule of geek points is that you don't talk about geek points.

Amen to that; around but not in your face.

Please oh please don't color it purple and make it walk around singing.. I would be forced to defend myself with a large baseball bat.
Hmm... actually that might be fun..
Damn californians!! stay out of washington!! no more room for you all!! :) (joking!!!!!)
seriously though, a lot of seattlites moving to spokane/northeast WA to get away from the californians coming to seattleish area...
