i was in the corner 6 stand during this accident. there was no screen there, so i was sitting there calling ppl to find out what was going on. then, here comes the safety car, shortly followed by the medical car. reminded me of the shunt rb had coming out of 13, though rs definitely had the worst. it is a testament to the safety of these autos though. granted he fractured a couple of vertabrae, but he hit the wall backwards at 180mph. it is amazing the progress in safety since the untimely deaths of senna and ratzenberger in 1994. last year's race shows this as well. i had a clear view of the corner 1 fracas, and to see heidfeld climb out of his car after flipping as he did....

Back in the 80's good ole Tipper Gore ( yes former vp and leftist nutbag Al Gore's wife) put heavy metal music on trial (as in Salem Witch). It seemed that music was forcing America's youth to commit suicide. She was instrumental in creation of the PMRC and the end result of all of it is that we have warning labels on music.

If you do not like the country you are a citizen of, either work to change the system, or just leave. It is that simple. There is no, "Well, it is sooooo difficult to go anywhere else," or "The average person can't change anything in this country." It is exactly that type of apathy that leads to dictator style governments. That said, if you feel that strongly about your dislike of your country, or anything else for that matter, it should not make a difference how difficult it is to change it: You should have the determination and will to see it through. If not, you are a big part of the problems that make you dislike this country. BTW, would you like a nice brie, or perhaps a wheel of extra-sharp cheddar?
