    Anyone who has ever played Rescue Raiders on the Apple II can tell you it is one of the greatest games of all time. The graphics were very plain. But it was all about the game play. god I swish prorammers would get with it. to many sheep programming the next shooter upper. PUT SOME STRATEGY BACK IN THE GAMES

    It seems evertime I get a new cell phone my old one is useless and just gets put in a drawer and never touched again. With these new smart phones when you upgrade you still have a PDA to use. This should give them a little value after an upgrade.

    I ran into them myself when I was selling used computers for a franchise just before computerprices when through the floor (486DX100 $1000) Non of them had a clue about computers they just wanted to bbuy one to learn on to get a job

    They didn't have the love of the technology they just wanted the job.

    This is because RESULTS DO NOT MATTER. What matters is that you show up to work on time and work for eight hours

    Gee thats what I did wrong I gave 3 years of results to a company that not only made the company sucsessfull but very profitable. and I got nothing not even a paycheck. But then again I was fucking the owner.
    Moral: Don't get involed with the owner

    I also work for a very large corporation and there is zero open source used within the org.

    Statistically you are in a minority these days. If the corp. you work for is anywhere near the size of the one in the article then odds ar you are using open source. Maybe you are unaware of it's use in your organization?

    Your company is very large. You must be using many open source solutions in many ways already. You should start there by identifing what is already being used and how effective they are. Thereby providing your own case studies.

    So it seems to me that you are agreeing with me except you have gone into much greater detail and obviously since you are a student you have much more first hand knowldge. Or am I missing something?
