    It's no longer there. It was a year or so ago last time I checked. So currently the only copy is on my phone.

    I purchased Oregon Trail from iTunes and GameLoft took it out of the store. I'm super pissed because it should still work on my older iPad, but I'll never get to play it again. The icon is still on my iPhone as proof I bought it at one point.

    All that info can be spoofed with off the shelf equipment and a few kiddie scripts. I don't see this being the most secure thing. And if the phone can be unlocked by force (fingerprints) or otherwise then all those apps are unlocked as well. No thanks.

    "propaganda that prepares, incites or glorifies acts of terrorism" I guess most of the news will have to be taken down. This seems really easy to abuse. But Europe has a narrower version of free speech, so it's really no surprise.

    Can you point to this in the actual text of the regs, because Title II only forbid throttling if it wasn't all data as far as I can tell.

    We had throttling while it as title II though. I don't see how that's different. Verizon clearly had an issue with flipping the automatic throttling off on a specific set of customers under a specific set of circumstances.

  23. Throttling though isn't about net neutrality. As long as all data is throttled equally. This is really about advertising something as unlimited and then small print saying it gets throttled.

    At least for movies on Demand I get to see Rotten Tomatoes and Audience Scores under the movies so I have some idea of what is garbage.
