    You say an American who doesn't want a nuke in their backyard is braindead? A nuke in my backyard would take about 200,000 grand of the value of my house and the houses in my neighborhood. A house, a peice of property is an investment just like any other. I may have "not in my backyard syndrome" but I sure as hell am not braindead. Putting a nuclear powerplant in my area would cost me quite a lot of money, safe or not.

    I am a Jew who has recently visited Egypt and I can certianly say that just because they have a peace with Israel doesn't mean that they are not anti-Jewish. Anyone who has seen Cairo knows how much they celebrate the "October War", or the reactions of common people upon realizing there is a jew within their mist.

    While I am generally conservative, I would like to point out that nearly half of America are democrats. Bad news for America certainly would be bad for such a large portion of it's population. Perhaps the "Democratic Party" would be better wording.

    Wrong. I believe 9 and 10 are considered part of the Bill of Rights.

    We can do both, they are not mutually exclusive. Anyway, I doubt it would be practical to take a bike anywhere one would need a 5000mph plane to get to, regardless of how scenic it may be.

    Absolutly! As a 17 yearold currently living through the conversion, I can tell you, its much better on the other side! I was never as introverted as the parent poster, or as extoverted as he is now, (I still get no girls) I find I am much happier with people, I swear its great. Sure I am smarter then most, but I find the less intelegent are more fun anyway. GO FOR IT!

    If someone is close enough to the server to hit the eject button, they basically have root access! Unplug it, thats a DOS attack. For god sakes, you could take it apart and steal the hard drive, and lets not forget "boot linux 1". Linux securtiy has no concern at such close range. If you don't want someone ejecting a cd on a multiuser server, don't let them near the server!

    I was just starting to respect the MPAA because of their IMHO excelent anti-piracy comercials featuring movie employees. Now they have to start with the FUD. What a shame, I was beginning to think they were somehow better than the RIAA.
