Judging from the replies...not many people ;)

Just wanted to point out that at the end of season 2, the red vs blue crew got split up and teleported to a bunch of different maps. Its not just Blood Gulch anymore.

They've also stated that they're not going to use Halo 2 because of exactly what you've mentioned (that and its coming out in the middle of season 3 which should be starting up in a couple weeks)

Season 1, aside from church being a ghost, didn't have a lot of post-production effects. Season 2 had more, but I wouldn't call them extensive.

Also, some of the scenes from RvB season 2 were done on the PC version of halo, usually the ones where lots of up close texture detail of the master chief guys are important to the scene.

  7. Re:Only Multiplayer? on CS: Source Half-Life's Only Multiplayer · · Score: 1

TFC was not a 3rd party mod. It was created by valve as a platform to test a lot of the stuff that was going to go into Team Fortress 2 (such as the netcode). Obviously TFC isn't really a testing platform anymore for TF2, but that was its original intent.

And if that happens, where is the security update infrastructure to ensure everyone gets patched?

As of 0.9, firefox has an automatic update checker thing to let the user know when new versions are availible. It seill has a few kinks to be worked out, but they're going in the right direction.
