of course the problem IS that the top apps are listed by purchases, not by ratings. there are several apps in the top apps list that have bad ratings, but finding their competitor product is often difficult. apps are categorised very simply and simply thrown into a bucket.
remember, there are no refunds on app store purchases. the cheapest of competing apps are invariably the most visible.

wikipedia is wrong or was edited for hilarity. in the books, it's actually "big mistake of '38"
you might know it better as ActiveX, available nowhere outside of IE. "other browsers" in this case refers only to browsers which are simply IE shells.
strikes at the heart of the issue - the RIAA is claiming they can prove the owner of Usenet.com outright told people his service was for copyright infringement. they're not just suing Usenet.com blindly here.
baking soda and aluminum foil, when heated in water, can remove tarnish from silver how to cut a piece of paper so it makes a hole big enough to jump through how to crush a metal box without using your hands, only hot and cold water a bucket of water can stop a bullet
after SG-1 putters out this year, BSG is the only show you have on SciFi. maybe if you used SciFi as more than a vehicle for advertising Heroes you could make some money on it.
it was ATI's latest driver (release, not beta). i've had three confirmed reports of BSOD from this release. and it's not just ATI, Nvidia's drivers have been seriously lacking. what the hell is going on at ATI/Nvidia? the OS was in PUBLIC beta forever, and now it's two months in release, and the drivers are still screwed.
do you define yourself by your fleshy overcoating, or by the thoughts, emotions, and actions you experience and provoke? "human" can be considered purely biological, a species classification, or as the root of philosophical definitions like humanism and humanity (adj). i think there is a problem with your question, though - there is a very big difference between computer generated and stored.
or are people just taking it at face value? Gizmodo has already speculated that the changes of it being real are pretty slim. surely there is someone on Slashdot with an Apple TV box willing to try it out and report?
MPA can tolerate some change in hardware components by allowing a degree of difference between the current hash value and the hash value that was originally activated. Users can change hardware components without having to reactivate the product. If users make substantial changes to their hardware components, even over long periods of time, they may have to reactivate the product. In that case, users may have to contact a Microsoft customer service representative by telephone to reactivate.
haven't winlogin related cracks been nonfunctional for a while now? MS has disabled whole crops of crack methods and key classes through updates several times, i can't believe he received this copy so long ago that he can't recall anything about doing so and yet this is the first time a windows update has caused problems with it. it's just HIGHLY unlikely. he would have been fully aware of the bootleg status of his install by the second time he'd visited windows update.
is there a real use for having TLDs anymore? no one follows the current rules to any reasonable extent, and it just seems more an artificial way of creating a market sphere, such as how a.com appears more legitimate than a.net for a business regardless of its position in network services. as of now, they provide no discernable organisational structure to speak of imho...
except where success in the equation is the known variable (ie, they want it to be successful) and # of theatres (or any other factor) is the unknown. then they can simple adjust the other numbers until success is achieved.
you're thinking of supply in terms of unit cost, but the industry thinks of supply in terms of promotions. the crux of the pricing scheme is that because a certain artist garners significant popularity, they are in the.01% of artists overall and can be priced at a premium.
What a label boss "believes" doesn't translate to "Jobs will do it" for me. I'll wait for word from Apple before calling Jobs out on his previous spine.
i still find Herbert Gans' Popular Culture and High Culture to hold excellent arguments and recommend it for anyone interested in the broad scope of this discussion.
its full driver will likely require XP as microsoft releases little for any OS lower than that anymore. windows being their own product, it's their prerogative to do so.
regardless, this has little to do with the original poster's position that microsoft won't make controllers that work with a PS2 because microsoft wants to lock people into their own standard, when it's really those other consoles which are using non-standard interfaces.

I guess the motto here in life is "you must respect people's rights, unless we don't like them."
there, fixed that for ya.

Hey NBC: I have chosen not to have cable, but want to pay you for Heroes. Guess what my only alternative will be if you pull it from iTunes?
well, they do offer it for free on their own site.
and then there's, you know, the free airwaves.

I'm not Gizmodo.

From MS's MPA FAQ:
Can I change or upgrade my hardware components?
MPA can tolerate some change in hardware components by allowing a degree of difference between the current hash value and the hash value that was originally activated. Users can change hardware components without having to reactivate the product. If users make substantial changes to their hardware components, even over long periods of time, they may have to reactivate the product. all it takes is a phone call.

it really upsets me to no longer have to pay $15/y for a domain.
