    Stuff like this really pisses me off. First of all, TV wastes tons of spectrum as it is, but when you license someone spectrum for a TV station it should not be used for purpouses such as this. The people doing this have no doubt already looked it over legally and therefore there probaly will not be any action against them. Unbelievable.

    You would not get in trouble. It's called free speech. If someone's product is shoddy and insecure it it your right to tell everyone about it. There are plenty of books at the library that describe how to pick locks and if you've ever read "The Hacker Crackdown" by Bruce Sterling you know that there are books that describe how to get calling card numbers, namely, "The Hacker Crackdown". You say "These actions wouldn't fly in the real world without legal repercussions." yet you give no examples. Please, give an example. Please at least cite a law which forbids any of the actions you described becuase you talk as if there is such a law for the real world where one for the cyber world is lacking. I would argue that there is a law for neither and that you are talking out of your ass.

    No shit older gaemboys weren't backlit. It didn't matter. They were black and white and used traditional LCDs rather than reflective. With reflect you can't see shit at all unless you have an excellent light source. Compare that to a LCD watch and you will get the point.

    I own one of these little puppies and I am happy to say it rocks. Tons of kde apps are already ported to Qt embedded, you can hack this thing to run X, and most importantly it is as good as any palm/pocket pc and keeping you orgranized.

    my point, which you gladly partially made for me, is that gator is installed on millions of PCs. The thing about gator is it is automatically updated. I say that if google ever puts in a user rating system a company with a large installed base of people will likely take advantage.
