Not correct an app can have its own payment system it doesn't need to use Apples. Apples system is good for a small developer or someone who wants to make it easy for a user to do an in-app purchase Lotteries need the payment pool for prizes and jackpots TMK they don't use apples pavements system

  4. All I was saying its much easier to create life saving medicine when financial/better life incentives are offered to the brilliant an talented. It is also easier to be charitable when you have an excess to your needs whether that is money time or other resources. The brilliant and talented originally went to countries which offered opportunity, Many of them that I know are returning that original charity with their own.

Now if you feel you are freeloading I feel sorry for you. I personally try to create more than I, My wife and children use so that 1) I can build up a "saving account" for future needs in medicine and care and other if needed 2) I help you your wife and others get the medicine and other items through taxes or charitable donations. This is Pay It Forward. I also pay back the generosity afforded to me and my family when I arrived in this country.

As there are too many to use the bathroom in the unit they use the common area facilities when they finally are removed after the lease is cancelled the cleanup is very costly not just to the unit owner but the owners coop. as many units around that unit invariably have pest problems and the facilities are used by far too many people who share the limited keycards keys and fobs. this was 20 years ago and only got worse once airbnb etc started.

Well that comes down to regulations and enforcement of those regulations however when it comes to climate change https://www.carbonbrief.org/ma... paints an interesting picture. Instead of complaining about the converted western countries who are clearly closing plants to their own economic detriment to appease the climate change brigade. Why don't those same people go protest in countries who are building more coal fired plants and tell them what they are doing is bad for the planet. And note:- those countries have far fewer regulations and even less enforcement than the EU and US and other western nations. Just wait till that catches up with the planet.
