I dont know if they are available anymore (I bought it several years ago), but I have a "pointing device" that is like the ones found in the middle of the IBM notebooks. It sits off to the left of my TV screen.
mine cost $300.00 and it doesnt remotely look like crap. Micro ATX case, black with a cover over the CDRdrive, fits right in with the rest of my stereo components... video output is fed to the TV, audio fed into my 250W reciever
I went to the local store and saw WC3, "my god that is a beautifully packaged piece of work" I said to myself, till I looked at the price... "$60.00?!?"
I cant afford that! Im not going to bootleg it, I will just wait a (long) while till it comes down in price (I just picked up Heretic II for 5.00 at a software store last summer)
price it more reasonably and MORE people will buy it, it goes the same for music and anything else you can think of, the lower the price the more people buy it... most people have a "price threshold" go over it and it doesnt matter how good it is they will bypass it...
force me to? Im still running win 98, they didnt force me to go to ME, 2000, or XP (though I do have a few 2k boxes). They cant "Force" me to do anything, If I wanted to I coule load DOS 6.22 and win 3.11 on my PIII and they couldnt stop me!
Why mainstream? because that is what is played on the radio (mostly) and that is what the majority of the people listen to. You or I buying radiohead wont make a dent in the RIAAs final numbers, its the people thet buy Brittney Spears and BSB that make up their numbers.

Name one GOOD album that was released this year (Mainstream please)! I cant think of ONE MP3 that I have downloaded that was released in the last two years...
put out a quality producat and people WILL buy it, music today is like the "K-car" or the 80s... no soul...

I dont care. I will NOT switch to their new scheme, just as I will NOT upgrade to XP. Win2k and Win98SE do the job just fine. I have enough games to keep my entertained for years. If it ever gets to the point where I "have" to get a new game machine, Ill get a console.
